I'm Puerto Rican so we don't say mande we just say "Si mami"? Or at least I say "Que" my mom doesn't get mad because if I say the "que" in a way that Is respectful then I guess. It all comes down to the tone of my voice. Idk if that's only for me

In Chile we don't say "chancla", we say "chala" but it's the same. Moms sometimes use whatever shoe is available, not necessary chalas, like "pantuflas" (slippers) or even high heals. But those are extra weapons. Also, we don't use "mande", we say "qué" or "diga". Saludos desde Chile 🇨🇱.
