Honestly I was pretty excited for Yui, and I think I'm still happy with this because, the uniqueness to the np is neat but it's still a 3k-7k hp heal, so she's great for sustain. The rest is bonus.

I think she is a well designed servant. The arts up being the crit variant in her np is to make Ushi Gozen even more of a crit monster, while also being lore accurate. Its good because that way, she can basically give her arts up to any servant and they can get the crit up. It makes sense lorewise and it still gives her use in any team. Plus, she has great synergy with iori, since he has the full colour buffs

Ushi Gozen's master through and through, the most optimal comp for her is actually summer Skadi and a Quick DPS, paired with s.skadi actually ticked all of her buff requirements. And max damage with her NP in front, Quick DPS NP, and followed by a nuke Buster Crit :'v
I just wish they would start releasing Quick Supports, the game is already saturated with Arts Supports of all types while Quick only has Skadi and Skadi Summer as high level supports
I mean, she doesn't give a quick DMG up but she could be a good support for Quick servants. Summer skadi gives both quick and buster up, so quick servants can get both a 50% (30% from the second skill and 20% from the NP) NP damage up and 20% atk up Plus more crits if target your dps with the third skill
Hold up, it's what I'm hearing a 50% np strenght + 30% arts up + 20% atk up for Space Ishtar with a 20% battery on top of all of that AT NP1????? She sounds very solid. Also, you can get all the buff types with Da Vinci Ruler's S1.
She pairs really well with a quick DPS and summer skadi. Give her arts up to the DPS and then the DPS gets all 3 NP buffs. All of her effects also combo well with the Quick’s current playstyle where mighty chains are arguably just as good as quick chains.
Is no one else seeing how the lack of buster buff is the piece that was missing in the new raikou? Thats why her second skill gave buster buff even if it made no sense in her set, is like a pack
Personally I haven't been this excited more for a four star on the banner then the five star one. With that said damn yui it must be hard to bind those to look like a guy in your Sr outfit.
As much as everyone has a good eye on which servants to pair well with, i just enjoy the fact that Yui’s whole kit is to support Iori to hell and back and be able to stand by her side since he would be crazy enough to solo ORT and Draco

Sadly no rainbow buff to synergies with her NP. That means they nerfed her solos. Hopefully they give her a rainbow buff when they buff her in the future... She buffs buffed servants depending on the colour buff. So servants with their own colour buffs can get extra buffs of her if youi plug her in. She also gives a reason to run Helena and Ganesh lol.

I love the design of her, aesthetically and gameplay wise. It's also not hard to get her Np as she has pretty okay gains and a 50% split self battery. Idk of she's gonna be meta but she looks to be quite fun.

She might even be used as a sustain support for quick servants since summer skadi already gives out buster and quick buffs to activate Yui's NP. I'm kinda surprised that Yui and Iori are that great when Ushi Gozen is kinda meh.
No, see, Myst, she doesnt have an Arts buff because shes an Arts support. She has one because she ISN'T. Her best buff type is Quick, then Buster, then Arts. The purpose of the Arts buff is to proc her NP on Buster and especially Quick servants who dont have Arts buffs.
@@alb7466 i mean, by that logic, just use two Castorias for literally everything. Yui is a budget option for Quick if you don't want to use two Skadis, or if you want to do a bit of slow-play with Caster Skadi relying on the dodge and heal from the NPs.

Also quick is really starved for supports and healers, and this was the perfect oportunity, one they already missed. The same as with Jeanne Alter animation update. Not really. What arts lack the most is crit damage. Depending on her np level, you can get upto 80% crit damage from her and it's applicable to all the cards for 3 turns
feel like her NP buffs are mismatched, they should all be rotated one up, Quick Crit, Arts Np and Buster Atk instead of Quick Attack, Arts Crit and Buster Np Right now she's buffing every card type in what they are worst at, when it feels more appropriate to buff everythign at what they're best at
Yeah I thought the same thing, quick not getting crit is weird, especially when it seems lasengle tries to "balance" quick servants based on what I have to assume is the flawed thought process of "quick servants should be critting more so we need to gimp their kits to compensate"

To be honest her np should’ve been : if buster up then gain atk up, if arts up then np dmg up, if quick up then crit dmg up But i get that then it would be too broken and the crit on arts is so she can have a working np for herself

So many servants have that case, like okitan, enkidu and so on, it just sort of improves their face cards, especially when crit

Frankly if they made it so that her np gives the card type up by 30 percent if they already have that exact one that’d be nice so she could snowball.
