I have a Indian Ringneck parrot he's name is Timmy and very intelligent but I guess the population of Indian parrots can increase if the ban on keeping them as pets are lifted and captive breeding can be legalized that's why there are many nations where Indian parrots species are legal to domesticate and breed so they have huge population for example Indian Ringneck parrot in UK
