Its very very very big stupidity to seize banned birds from their owner and release it to wild cause surely tame birds are not able to survive in wild. Also another big issue is- parrots get very attached to humans easily, they loves their owner wholeheartedly. So if suddenly some cruel stupid gov officer comes to seize these banned birds and releases them, bird feels very helpless, depressed, unable to survive in wild alone, without its owner and becomes victim of other hunter birds....this is unimaginable cruelty

It is a great stupidity to band any bird or animal to be kept as per. How can you say that if you release such birds & animals in open forest they may survive. It is nothing but nonsense & corruption.

    PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE COMMENT
What should be banned is caging birds.
If someone wants to keep birds, they should atleast have a setup with reasonable area where the bird can fly, where it can be happy.
Before bringing a bird, people should research about its food, about its behavior and habits, about the native environment where the bird actually originates. If one can provide such arrangement, time and care for the birds, the bird will be happy. What should be priortized is the health and happiness of the bird. People might argue with me saying my birds look happy in a small cage, it eats well, it chirps and its feathers are bright. Just do one thing, open the cage and let your bird out for once, if it gets to know how the outside is, it will surely not return to the cage again. But don't let your bird escape cause it won't survive if it escapes. There could be an exception if you have pigeons or some parrot species and you have trained it in a certain way to return if it is let out cause those birds are certainly more intelligent than other birds. The bird might live longer in captivity but it will surely live its best life in the wild, which is its best designed habitat. Please don't simply cage birds for your mere entertainment. If you like to see birds, but don't have enough resources to provide a good enough habitat to your pet, don't simply cage it. Please earn some money and visit the bird in its natural habitat, in the wild. you will love it. To all the readers, if you have been caging birds, please don't do it to some other bird again. Instead visit such birds in their wild habitat. If you once see them in the wild, how they live, how they thrive, you will understand what have you done to the birds. Please understand your birds istead of only looking at them.
PLEASE DON'T LEAVE YOUR CAGED BIRDS SOMEWHERE OUTSIDE BY BEING MOTIVATED WITH THIS COMMENT. TRY GETTING MORE RESOURCES AND IMPROVING ITS LIFE WITHIN CAPTIVITY. CAUSE IF YOU LEAVE YOUR BIRDS, ONLY WORSE WILL HAPPEN TO IT AS IT DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO LIVE OUTSIDE .
Only if you love a bird, only then a bird will love you.❤

      Bro I have one problem
      I have one dog
I take my indian ringneck parrot 1 hour daily
But most of times she would sit on cage and she would eat food from my hand
I am not like people who keep birds and hang them in a small cage feed harmful things
My ringneck parrot is in a 3 feet length 2 feet wide 2 feet tall cage
I fed him mainly vegetables and less fruits dry fruits as treats
I provide mineral block for nutrition
      I have not bought her
Someone who has captured her and raised her in a very small cage where she can't even rotate
She has not seen wild and can't live
She would not come out of cage until I give him treat to do so
      I rescued her from their
Saying why you are keeping her if you can't care her
She is with me for 1 months
      You tell I am wrong?

Here in Jharkhand, ring naked parrots, Scaly breasted Finch, Strawberry Finch are being sold openly and no one is saying anything. It doesn't matter to anyone whether it is legal or illegal. Because the police here do not know who is legal and who is not. And even if the police comes to know, it won't make any difference. First of all, those shopkeepers who are selling these birds should be banned. If people don't sell then who will buy?

Is it law? Wildlife law ?to cut down forests or deforestation for reasons like industry, population growth, real estate, foreign companies etc?
It is easy to collect money from common man ..
What is the forest area when the wildlife law is made and what is the forest area now?
Who will question? Who can question?
Will the powerfull people let common man to question?
People with love only , they keep pets and they take good care.. people who love pets live with humanity when compared to people who don't love pets..all the birds are gone out of India what good we do to save them? extinction happens in that way..so it should be allowed..no ban is good..

First of all the parrot has strongly formed a habit and a lifestyle to live with humans (you or your family members as guardians), now if you release your pet parrot in the wild, it may not survive for long because the parrot has formed a strong habit or bond to live with you guys, now if you want to release him then you must talk to an expert bird trainer for your parrot to get trained to live in wild. It’s not easy though or you can ask your government to get the permission to keep him as a pet if that’s an illegal breed of parrot.

It is my personal opinion that if you keep taking your bird or any pet full of care then it is okay to have. It is reality that every living thing wants to be live free but sad reality is pet animals can't survive in natural wild habitates if any pet not only birds hasnt grown in natural wild circumstances will no longer survive in open world for real.

Thank you Tanveer Bhai spreading such awareness about India birds.and respect you from heart ❤️ but the Indian government forest team needs to think before they rescue the homely birds and release in nature. this type of homely birds are not able to survive in nature and die in a few days or els kill by some big birds in nature. The government has to think seriously before they rescue homely birds or do not rescue them.😊

Very correctly said. Releasing them in wild without proper wild training could kill a bird

It means we are participate the killing process of our loveable bird to give forest team..If they can't survive outside the home..Then we don't have any rights to release them.we should take care of them like a child ..

@@vickysfoodthat’s what i was thinking, and it should be necessary too to take care for them as a child and bear all there expenses, foods and supplements etc.

Ban is wrong. We don't eat nor we trad in birds. Government can only put restrictions not to trade and eat the bird. Government can't absolutely ban. The 1972 Act, can be challenged in the Supreme Court Coz I have right rear pets . It isy fundamental right to love bird and rear them.

  • @Jay_shivshankar
    @Jay_shivshankar 8 месяцев назад

If native birds are not allowed to keep as pet in a country but allowed in other countries, it is also illegal because for example -we the Indian keep african parrot, austraian parrot, budgie birds etc etc in cages so that they are brought from their native countries.similarly from India, our native birds might be sent illegally to other countries for pet lovers. So the total system is illegal and unethical.people shouldn't do against the creatures.Birds are meant to fly.So they shouldn't be kept in cage.Wild birds should not be domesticated, only domestic birds like pigeon, rooster etc should be kept as pets because domestic birds needn't a cage.So Birds pet lovers should change their mind that what to keep as pet or what not ..
