Easy Basketball Shooting Workout - For Playoffs or Back-to-Back games (35 Minutes)

  • Join me for a quick shooting workout that I do when I have tired legs. I am currently in the middle of a playoff run as an overseas pro basketball player, so this is the perfect workout for me at the moment. This shooting workout can be used on an "off" day or on a low volume day. Hope this helps and if you have any questions ask away in the comments.
    Full Shooting Workout Details:
    Rhythm Warmup:
    Half Spin, Both Feet, Both Directions: 8 Makes
    Full Spin, Both Feet, Both Directions: 8 Makes
    Floor Touches: 8 Makes
    Hop Step Pass Fake, Both Directions: 4 Makes
    Hop Step Freestyle Spins: 8 Makes
    Lateral Bound, Both Feet: 4 Makes
    40 Total Makes
    Catch and Shoot (Meet the Ball, Different Footwork): 7 Spots x 5 Makes: 35 Makes
    No-Dip Catch and Shoot 7 Spots x 2 Makes (in a row): 14 Makes
    Half Court Bucket: 1 Make
    50 Total Makes
    Lift Fake, 1-Dribble (Free Style Foot Work): 5 Spots x 5 Makes: 25 Makes
    10 Free Throws (in-a-row)
    125 Total Makes

    Good work my guy ! Any advice for a recurring calf strain ? Been dealing with this off and on for a while now - daily stretching/yoga, isometrics/strength training throughout the weeks, hoop 2-3x/week. Thanks in advance !
