I'm actually not surprised about the tension maintance. I tested all 3 RF 01 rackets with the ALU Power 1.25mm, played several hours especially with the 280g and 300g version and the tension was great. And I received the rackets already being used for couple of hours so the string job was older. Still the ALU Power felt great. As you mentioned the tension drop on ALU Power is quick, but after that it stays in one place. Other strings become mushy and unpredictable. The ALU Power feels very good and very playable all the way until it breaks. There is no question whyt the ALU Power is on the top rank of polyester strings for advanced and pro level players. Great review. 👍
Great comparison review. Please keep them coming! By the way, the Tourna BH Silver 7 Tour holds tension a lot better than the Silver. So for me, it is a better alternative to ALU Power. The Silver 7 Tour does everything the Silver does, but better. Price-wise, the Silver 7 Tour is also less than half the price of ALU Power. I would take the Silver 7 Tour over ALU even if the prices were the same.
I honestly thought the Tourna string was nothing like Alu. Shaped v round. Alu is uniquely controlled, precise and powerful for the first 2-3 hours of play.
Falsch. Hier wird die Silver getestet. Nicht die (in absolut jeder Hinsicht bessere) Silver 7 Tour. Die Silver 7 Tour ist eine komplett andere Saite und hat mit der Silver nur die Farbe gemeinsam, nicht das Material.
Big Hitter Silver 1.30 is firmer and better with the spin. 6.8 at TWU database You should have compared the 1.30 BHS with the 1.25 AP as these are close. If you had tested the 1.30 BHS you would have chosen that one

Would love your comparison with CyberFlash and Sync!

Silver 7 Tour that is. Standard Silver is even less like Alu as its much softer and notches easily.
@@bojack3827so its bad ?
This isnt tour its the round, different strings
Tour is really good, and lasts for a decent amount of time. Lasts about 6 full matches.
