I'm up at 4, drink coffee, feed the animals, workout, and usually am at work by 6AM. Some mornings I just catch up on emails, practice music, or chill. Love the extra time, definitely feel it some days though. Love that it frees up my schedule at night to spend with my wife & son.

@@evlmlzi470 It's because it gets lighter earlier in the summer so the natural light wakes you up subconsciously. You can buy lights that you can put next to your bed that replicate a sunrise to help people get up early naturally in the winter time.
I get up on my own with no alarm. I usually get up and stretch so I can feel loose. Then I use some facial wipes and facial cream to help my acne which helps me feel more awake. After using facial cream, I have breakfast and take Vitamin D3 and Vitamin C. Then I brush my teeth and wait 30 minutes or more after eating which I usually try to get stuff done or chill out with music. Then I workout for however long I want and then wash my face afterwards and use foam roller/drink water. Of course some mornings are different just for a few examples like Mondays I have massage and Thursday late morning with massage besides appointments scheduled if I have any.
Dont be toxic man. Its very good and amazing that u start at 6:45 am like no big deal. I clap for you. But don't be a wet blanket to someone who is just sharing her morning routine and how she find it as a small achievement.
