Thanks Rod, I appreciate it. I think this razor was marketed appropriately. It's for folks who appreciate a more efficient/aggressive razor. If you like high efficiency and blade feel, it might well be a winner for you. If you're averse to blade feel and efficiency, walk away:)

Morning Chris. Excellent shave today. I’ve been wet shaving now for over a year after coming back. I started out with only mild razors like post war Gillette Techs. Now I am upping my game to the higher side of mild. I’ve gone to SE razors like the Razorock SS Hawk and found I can get a good shave with them.
Don’t you just love the Stirling soaps, can’t say enough about them.
Again enjoy your day and God bless.

Their bar soaps and shampoo bars are all I use in the shower. I even started using their charcoal facial soap and I have zero interest in using anything else in the shower. The ease of use factor is why I always enjoy Tabac, Palmolive stick, and Arko stick. Of those three, Palmolive has the best scent. Tabac is okay, definitely a classic. Arko is difficult to like until the scent dissipates -- I added some Stetson and that helps.
