SUPER SPOILERS BELOW, BUT IF YOU'RE FINE WITH THAT PLEASE READ THIS
HOW TO :
After you have completed the neutral ending, If you reload your save at the barrier and decide to re-fight Asgore after defeating him and Omega Flowey for the first time, some secret dialogue appears when you fight Asgore and beat the game multiple times. Each time you defeat Asgore you'll spawn back at the barrier.
The first time I had gotten the different dialogue I was caught off guard and didn't expect it to be there, therefor it isn't shown in the video, here is the transcript though :

First she'll say that someone has to care for the flowers (like Asriel) then she'll ask you if you have anything better to do. I think Sans, after he asks you if you are following him, will ask you if you have anything better to do as well.
So does anybody else think that it's kinda sweet how Papyrus might be the closest thing Flowey had for a friend before you show up? Flowey even admits that it took him longer to become bored of him than anybody else. His face while talking about him seems to show some level of fondness for him.

Yes my heart melted when papyrus and Flowey wore matching scarves in the winter clock app. Their friendship is so sweet
Flowey is so *freaking tragic*. I mean, seriously. Not only had he been trapped in an infinite time-loop for ages, but despite the artificial DETERMINATION Alphys injected into him he had no purpose or way of reaching any sort of fulfillment. Asriel only desired love, but Flowey couldn't feel anything. The fact that such a pitiful, soulless creature only did good things with the RESET power at first is a testament to what a good person Asriel had been. But without a soul, no wonder Flowey went crazy after a while. I actually can't blame him. He honestly tried to be good. But how could he without compassion, or conscience?
BlueTeller Flowey's characters is so beautifully made. He is one of my favorites, even though he still is kinda evil...

his character itself is amazing, and you can't blame him for going practically insane after he's been stuck in a time loop for so long.
take this flower to the surface and give him a therapist....
Flowey is a lot like most players I know. You start with “the good rout”. The pacifist. You play through, and get the happy ending. Then you go back, explore the dialogue options you didn’t choose the first time. You insult Papyrus in stead of being friendly. You tell Sans that you don’t know anything about a talking flower. You tell Undyne that anime isn’t real. Small, innocent things like this. Maybe you explore a bit more, find the abandoned quiche, or many of the other hidden Easter eggs. You edit the game files to find the Gaster followers, or the sound test room, or get called by Sans or Alphys in Snowdin. And then you start killing. First a few, then more. You check different combinations. What if I spare everyone but kill Asgore? What if I spare Papyrus but kill Undyne? What if I kill all the bosses but leave the random encounter monsters free? Then, slowly, you inch towards genocide. And then there’s no way back.

You learn a bit before Sans fight that Flowey got the same power of DETERMINATION as you, aka the Save points (yeah a character from a video game who got his own save points, pretty meta). [We learn in the True Lab of the Pacifist route that it is thanks ti the experimentation of Alphys on DETERMINATION that he got that]. Flowey basically "played" the game and tried everything he could, which probably include fighting Sans; which, as we learn in the Genocide route, is really hard to beat (... I'm still trying). Which is why Flowey had to try and reset a lot.
I just love the irony of Flowey calling someone else "smiley trashbag."

The funny truth is Flowey isn't really as evil as you think he is. He's just choosing to do what he does because he has seen all that the world has to offer. But you probably knew THAT already.
No, he's doing it because he wants to feel again and doing this is him trying to feel anything even if it's a painful feeling. After a while he becomes so jaded that he takes some sort of pleasure in doing what he does even if deep down he still wishes he could go back to being his true self. Asriel is not to blame for any of his actions because without your soul you are unable to love and care about others which would eventually make you go so insane you turn malicious.

* Sans is the easiest enemy.
* The DETERMINATION powers in battle for Frisk and Flowey are the first turn and the dodge for them and the impossibility of dodge for the enemy.
* At LV 19, Sans takes your DETERMINATION powers, but for the you can't dodge part the attacks are just difficult but not impossible.
* You can kill Sans JUST because it's the character attacking him.
* In the Imma trow the box at the FIGHT box moment YOU use your turn, but then it's Frisk at attacking.
* Flowey is not controlled by the player, so he wasted his turn in that moment and Sans killed him again.
* This is why Flowey actually CAN'T finish a Genocide run.
* This is why Flowey gave up against Sans.

That and Flowey has a slim amount of *determination* that makes him able to reset and load timelines. But once Frisk or the *Player* arrived, Flowey loosed that ability. That is why he talks about not messing with Sans and how he knows you are resetting and loading your save file.

Like...Lets take GenoSans for example, who remembers all the kills he got on you, then early Sans, whos confused about you shaking his hand before he even asked. Since Floweys ultimately the only one who knows every move you made its possible at one point within his resets, Sans stopped him. Then another time, he didnt. Then possibly he did his own genocide and killed everyone, and RESET to do it all again.

No, it doesn't.
It means that Sans has, many times, tormented Flowey to the point where he feels his only option is to Reset. That doesn't mean repeated death. That just means... Torment. And knowing Sans, it was a perpetual stream of jokes. Sarcastic comments. Too-specific insults about his parentage. Too-bright smiles and too-loud laughter. Slow, careful, planned, clever, torture. Without even physical contact.
Sans could probably find a way to drive Flowey almost to insanity, by following him wherever he went, not giving him an inch of space. The small, annoying things that make us all angry. Not just them, too. The little things that bullies do to get us. The snide comments, the quick remarks. Not the beatings, but the everying-in-betweens. Sans could do it all, every hour of every day, until Flowey finally snaps. Except, when Sans dies, Papyrus will torment him as well. Perhaps not as knowingly, not carefully, but Papyrus *will* torment him. He will mourn his brother, and as he does he will come to his only friend. To his little flower buddy, who whispers praise and predictions. He'll cry, often for hours, and he'll rant helplessly about how much he misses his brother, until Flowey snaps again. Either out of a sudden realisation that he has a conscience, and a fear of all the guilt suddenly crashing down on him, or out of pure annoyance at having to deal with this snivelling skeleton.
"But why would Sans do all this? What reason could Sans have to hate Flowey? We all have our reasons, but what reason would Sans have?"

Because of what Flowey has been doing to his brother. Papyrus thinks it's kind, and encouraging, and so much nicer than anyone else is to him. But Sans, when he's told of all the things Flowey has been saying (and he will have been told. Can you imagine Papyrus keeping quiet about a new friend?) will see hear the sarcasm, the cruel intentions, even when the words are coming out his brother's mouth.
If we go to Grillbyz with Sans, he asks us if we've seen a talking flower, and to tell us if we see one, so he obviously wants to find Flowey. The way his eyes go black show that he has some pretty dark plans for when he gets his hands on the little weed. I imagine that the only reason he hasn't in that timeline is because Flowey hid himself, very carefully, after all the trouble that the angry, concerned, overprotective brother has caused him.
I'm sorry if this sounds like it was written by a Victorian, forgive me. I've been watching a disproportionate amount of Jane Austen films lately. I'm afraid they have done no good for my poor nerves.

It could also just mean he killed flowey. Maybe flowey didn't always put a save point and had to reset. Or sans put flowey in a bad situation, warning others about him, making flowey have to reset. Sans doesnt seem like he would torment flowey.
Sans wouldn't do that though. If you played the genocide route you would know how seriously sans takes his role as the judge. Even if you threaten and kill papyrus, all sans will do is threaten you. It isn't until you're at the final point of no return that sans duty will allow him to step in. So the fact that sans caused Flowey to reset so many times meant that Flowey was trying to go the genocide route as well but never actually succeeded because sans would force him to reset. Sans loves papyrus, but he won't actually step in past a few threats against someone until they try to literally kill all life.

Yes. This video starts with what happens the second time you re-fight Asgore in a single run, since that's when he starts talking about Sans and Papyrus, as per the video title. The first time you repeat the fight, Flowey kills Asgore and appears with the human souls again, but says:

_I know there's no REAL point in fighting you._
_The human souls would probably just revolt again._
_So...!_
Then he skips you to the ending without repeating his boss fight, and says:
_Why do you keep coming back here?_

That "Don't you have anything better to do" line gets me so upset, considering how many times Flowey/Asriel says it in the game. Besides this, there's two other occasions I know of where he says it. One is if you complete the pacifist run and go back all the way to the first room, the one you woke up in at the start of the game. Asriel is there, and you can talk to him. He'll say some stuff that isn't really important to my point, talks about Chara and stuff, and then finishes. If you try to talk to him again, he'll say, "Don't you have anything better to do, Frisk?"
The other time I know of is if you start the beginning of the game over a few times. And by this I mean, you shouldn't get very far past the first time you meet Flowey before resetting. If you do it a few times, instead of his normal speech, Flowey will go, "Don't you have anything better to do?" and enter combat with you. There are probably other times he says it that I don't know of, but that line bothers me a lot considering it's really just a "I have nothing left to say to you" line. It's like Sans's 'special attack', it's just meant to annoy you and get you frustrated until you give up on talking to him. And I *hate it.*

apparently, when sans invited you to grilby's for a lunch he mentioned about a talking flower that speaks to papyrus, we may have the idea that the flower he was talking about are the flowers in the waterfalls that repeats the last word it hears but no, that flower if flowey. papyrus and flowey are "friends" if you visit the MTT hotel and call papyrus and undyne, papyrus mentions the name of the flower (unsurely) as "flowery".
I'm pretty late but I think you're supposed to think he's talking about Flowey until he reveals he's not even though he really is but doesn't expect the player to know.

I want to hear what you say, but it's not because I'm bored or I want to laugh... It's because I like your character! I wouldn't do this just because I want to see all the outcomes! I don't want to see you die or suffer! I wouldn't do this to every character I can get my hands on! I'm a curious person but I'm not that curious!
The truth is... I find it tragic. Tragic that you were written this way. Tragic that you were just written to be a tortured villain with no possible "happy ending". One of the only characters in the story that can't be truly redeemed... and just want to listen to what you have to say, I want to spend time with yo, I want to interact with you, I just want to SAVE you... I'm genuinely excited to see you curious or truly happy (without causing harm to the happiness of others).
And I know that there are some players in this world who would literary scavenge the code to see all the possible outcomes, who would search the internet for secret rooms, who would watch play throughs of the genocide run just because they were curious (I tried to do these things, but I released that would ruin the magic of the game, and just decided that some things will just remain hidden for me). But I'm not one of them, and I'm probably part of the many... who just wants a fictional character to be happy.

I always find it odd how in such a game there could be an innocent being that had to suffer for eternity. Doesn't make much sense with its themes. I think this will be solved by its sequel, Deltarune. I'm even starting to think Ralsei IS Flowey (since the Asriel from that world already exists and is a fully grown goat), he has to be from some kind of alternate timeline, after all.

Well, that confirms that Sans didn't kill you only because of his promise with Toriel .-.
Sans killed Flowey because he did a genocide route, he tells that moments before you fight Sans.
nah thats not why. sans only knew that there was an anomaly causing the timelines to rewind. at first he thinks its flowey which is why he warns you about a flower that whispers predictions to papyrus. and he's right about that at least untill we show up and take the save away from flowey. only after observing us for awhile does sans start to suspect us instead. sans definitely fought it out with flowey many times before we showed up but whether or not sans actually knew for sure about flowey in our timelines is unclear. even in true pacifist everyone supposedly lost their memories after flowey showed up so you cant even be certain then that sans knew 100% what flowey's deal was in the end. but he is good at guessing afterall so maybe he figured out after that

I don't understand why this wasn't in the video, though. It's like trying to describe a 0.5x A press run several paragraphs down in the desc. and expecting people to read it, albeit probably more noticable.
Even then, the thumbnail is still misleading when you think it's gonna be in the video.
Again if you had *coughs*READTHEDESCRIPTION, there's an explanation WHY it isn't in the video. If you'd like to experience it just go play the actual game dude, because guess what, in the DESCRIPTION there's details on how to do so yourself. The screenshot I took for the thumbnail was the only evidence I had recorded of the script being said. I expected people to read the description from the glaringly stand-out, all caps text, but ah well.

It’s strange. A part of me wishes you could full on partner up with Flowey without any betrayals at the end. If you’re doing all routes, it’s likely you have the exact same motivation as him. Just getting to see everything the world has to offer.
I also really like how Flowey refers to Papyrus straight up as a “character” it really hammers on that he’s gone through so many resets that he no longer sees people as people anymore as he already knows everything they have to say.
