good stuff! is has the nice side effect to make road bike tires loose noticably less pressure over time. i mooched a "too lazy to patch my inner tube"-dose from a friend, and got hooked.
Do i need to clean the dried sealant from the tire or can I just keep on topping up sealant for the life of the tire? Am using road tires if that makes a difference. Thank you.
No, there is no need to completely clean out the old sealant. There will be larger chunks of latex that will accumulate over time that you can periodically pull out by removing the tire, but for the most part you can just keep adding sealant as needed.
Seth's Bike Hacks tested the glitter idea with a problem leak and had success. Proving glitter helps with larger holes. Never tested the idea, but I can see how it would work. I am sure most us here know that channeland will look for it now. Thumbs up if you looked up the vid. I could use some subs too.
Believe it or not, we have heard of cases where people have used our sealant with inflatable watercraft. While we haven't tested it ourselves for those kinds of uses, you might have some luck.
Hey Артём, the same sealant you use in your tire can be added to a tube to help prevent punctures. Your tube must have a removable valve core in order to add sealant. Thanks!
i've read somewhere, that diluting the juice with 30-50% destilled water, when adding some after a while, helps to extend the time before a full cleanup or new tube is in order. can you confirm or refute that claim?
Hey Belal, the difference between our standard and race sealant is the quantity and size of the sealing crystals. Race Sealant features XL crystals and two times the amount of standard sealing crystals. Thanks for the question!
The fibers in the race sealant will clog in the valve and syringe. Best to install by dismounting tire. For best performance inspect race sealant every 2 weeks.
So I can run non tubeless tire tubeless as long as I have a tubeless ready rim as long as I keep it under 40psi? so why pay extra bucks for a damn tubeless ready tire?
@Robert Trageser Big lie!! and if you doubt me, I can send you videos of my setup, you know what makes it even more interesting? my rims aren't tubeless ready. I made the ghetto conversion and it seal like a dream.
@Robert Trageser no thanks. I'm good with the ghetto setup. and no, I don't have to pump nothing up before each ride. I ran tubeless for the first time in July this year. its almost 6 months and I feel the tires by hand every now and then, it hasn't lost a psi.
Hey Ted! Our standard sealant has always been able to be injected through the valve and compatible with traditional tubes. You must be referring to our Race Sealant does have larger sealing crystals which prevent it from being to go through a valve stem.
This stuff is garbage, I got a flat on Sunday had to pay £20 just to put more sealer in the tyre so why did it go flat in the first place? Be cheaper to just buy a new tyre !
The dude eating chips when the tire explodes - HAHHaha - nice touch

You did a nice job on that video I learned a lot.
"Don't use glitter, buy our more expensive product"
Tis Video is more of a promotion then facts I used 3m duct tape for the rim seal been in there for years never ever had a problem with it

I love dudes face and eating a chip. Lmao
I use this in my tubes. 16 ounces per tire. works great.
How often should you refresh your sealant?
Hi, I'm using stan crest rims and maxxis 2.2 tyres that can go upto 60psi, want to know, can i inflate them to 60psi coz rims have limit of 40psi max.
So, Stans no tubes selant are usable for inner tubes?!
Yep, our sealant can absolutely be installed into a traditional inner tube.
Go to 4:41 and play at 0.25 speed. So good. Plus, love the sociopath eating crisps. :D
hehe hello there glitter addicts!
I find glitter helps higher pressure leaks, eg. on my road tyres
I am yet to find what glitter thing people keep talking? What is this glitter? On what kind of shops can it be bought? Any size, specifications?
I add black pepper to my sealant less pollutant to the environment.
sooooo stans race sealant = stans sealant with glitter? haha
Will this stuff work in a PVC inflatable boat?
Believe it or not, we have heard of cases where people have used our sealant with inflatable watercraft. While we haven't tested it ourselves for those kinds of uses, you might have some luck.
So just adding sealant into a tube will prevent me from punctures? Same tubeless sealant that I add to the tire directly?
Hey Артём, the same sealant you use in your tire can be added to a tube to help prevent punctures. Your tube must have a removable valve core in order to add sealant. Thanks!
I do it with all my tubes even with non-removable cores.
So if I add ammonia once in a while, it will not form boogers?
no that would not prevent that.
i've read somewhere, that diluting the juice with 30-50% destilled water, when adding some after a while, helps to extend the time before a full cleanup or new tube is in order. can you confirm or refute that claim?
Please Mr Stan's answer this question. Will this stuff a seal at 100 psi?
Yes, High pressure is no problem we use it in road tires.
@@notubes excellent I shall use it in my road bike.
What is the actual difference between the sans race sealant with the non race one?
Hey Belal, the difference between our standard and race sealant is the quantity and size of the sealing crystals. Race Sealant features XL crystals and two times the amount of standard sealing crystals. Thanks for the question!
@@notubes Thanks alot.
Can you use race sealant with a syringe? If not, why?
The fibers in the race sealant will clog in the valve and syringe. Best to install by dismounting tire. For best performance inspect race sealant every 2 weeks.
@@notubes ok, thanks for the info
So I can run non tubeless tire tubeless as long as I have a tubeless ready rim as long as I keep it under 40psi? so why pay extra bucks for a damn tubeless ready tire?
@Robert Trageser No! thank you. TR for me any day any time. Having to pump up tires because of the never ending sidewall leaks ain't my cup of tea.
@Robert Trageser Big lie!! and if you doubt me, I can send you videos of my setup, you know what makes it even more interesting? my rims aren't tubeless ready. I made the ghetto conversion and it seal like a dream.

@Robert Trageser I have been ignoring mechanics' advice for 6 months and by tire just seem to be at the same pressure every morning hmm.
Lie, your sealant bottle says do not use in tubes or put through valve stems. Which is it??????
Hey Ted! Our standard sealant has always been able to be injected through the valve and compatible with traditional tubes. You must be referring to our Race Sealant does have larger sealing crystals which prevent it from being to go through a valve stem.
Comercial for Stans.
I disliked it right after I saw the guy dumping the other tapes
