Pasta with Bell Peppers (Capsicums)... without their Side Effects

- In this video I show you how to prepare capsicums (or bell peppers for our US friends) making them easy to digest. This recipe really works because I tested it on myself, who have a certain intolerance to this vegetable.
In combination with tomatoes and the other ingredients this is a perfect dish for summer.

Pasta (penne or farfalle) ________ 380 g
Red Bell Peppers _______________ 2
Onions _________________________ 2
Cherry Tomatoes ______________ 250 g
Extra Virgin Olive Oil____________ to taste
Pitted Green Olives
Capers
Ground Pepper, Oregano, Salt __ to taste
Sugar _________________________half Tbsp
