Thank you for the video. How many kilometers does this engine have? How much is the diesel consumption ? Mine (D4D 2.2 2ADFTV) has 63 000 km , 8.5 l /100km in urban cycle and 7.5 l/100km in motorway. Hi, thank you for your comment, this engine has 130,000 miles. Which is around 200,000km however with evidence of it having been cleaned before, i personally recommend cleaning at every 50,000KM especially if you are doing short journeys as it gets dirty quicker. Fuel consumption before was average 9.9km/L before clean and now 12.74km/L in urban. The exhaust manifold is not needed to be removed as the EGR will only affect the inlet manifold, the exhaust manifold gets hot enough to burn the carbon👍😃
