    A lot of Larry's tone comes from that gigantic thumb! The master!

      Yes.
      Larry Graham, Stanley Clarke and Jaco Pasterious all had those
      Over sized thumbs...
      Means they were double jointed..
      Slap was easier for them and those guys really had tone control.

    All I have to say is a bassist Scott Spray...He certainly can hold his own with all of them...
