To rebuild her from scratch would be a million bucks. Thankyou new owners for the inspiration. These engines are now making helium 3 and 4 which is great at killing earthquakes
A credit to its owner , I have seen many of these types of boat where the plywood has rotted beneath the laid decks and the steelwork rotted away to paper thin . I assume this one to be in good order but since the majority of perspective buyers will be retired people , the cost of running the engines will be of significant importance . At fuel prices of approx £10 per gallon and two engines capable of using 5 gallons per hour , thats £100 for every hour or 6 or 7 nautical miles . Making a passage of say 30 miles costing £600 (there and back) in fuel alone . I think the days are gone of fast motor cruisers .
Thanks Jonathan. She is a beautiful example and a credit to her previous owner. We have now found her a new home on the Thames, so no high speed passages for the foreseeable.

Now that's a really nice boat
Thanks Buona - glad you like her. She's stunning.
All that nice woodwork gives a very warm cosy feeling. Very nice and extremely well looked after
Thank you very much!

In principle, yes.

Fabulous.
Beautiful boat especially if you like to varnish on a Sunday afternoon 😂
Very true!
Really lovely boat💕
We agree! Thank you.
Very nice ! ...
Thank you very much!
How was this so cheap? Was there anything wrong with the boat?
Thank you for your comment. It was priced appropriately - it was a beautiful example 👌
I'd lose the bunk beds and make the living quarters bigger, lovely boat non the less.
Thank you.
This would be great on the Loop...if only it had air conditioning. The Dutch build great boats but they always cheap out on the details.
European vessels generally don't require ac, simply no need for it.
@@susanhenderson2322 Yes I know but it just won't wor for the Caribbean. "never the twain shall meet" (Kipling).
