As a complete novice,I am interested in living aboard a vessel such as this Fred Parker.The more I look at listings of these boats, I get more doubtful as to where I might be welcome to moor it on a permanent basis, close to where I need to be. I live 300 miles from where I would like to be, so it would be difficult to research by asking people already doing that thing.
