      Hi Wendy. The blocks are sewn together just like you would any other blocks. Simply square them up, pin them toghether and stitch. Press all of the seems away from the bulky crazy quilt blocks. Choose a lightweight batting and quilt as desired using all of the decorative stitches on your machine. Hope this helps
