As a workshop content creator on BrickRigs I'd like to add about the giant creative freedom and server system that let you join player-hosted games in the multiple gamemodes. There is anything from public building servers with people ready to help you build your own creations to Battle servers to play against other players with your own creations or creations found on the workshop. This game is also in active development by a single developer which listens a lot to the community, each update brings big changes to the game, the few last ones brought a full remake of all the maps and destruction physics.
For anyone wondering. Kerbal space program has the ability to absolutely change your gaming experience. I got it a few years back with the leftover money I had on my PlayStation gift card and years later I have a combined 2000 hours over all versions. The game is infinitely repayable, in any sense of the phrase. The learning curve is steep, but that feeling of first returning from orbit is unparalleled. It should also be noted that builds can get infinitely more complex. As your skill at the game increases, so foes the skill ceiling!
