I don't think it is, but if this was to be used for an app, then its suitable. Depends really on the clients.

how do i make it so your pixels in the info only move by .5 mine is going by like .00001

I think it's the problem with your scale of artboard I must be in something else like inches or feet you need to do it in pixels and also in edit>preferences>guides&grind>grinding every: 5px . Hope it may help🙂
