- In the video I give an update on my K969 rebuild and go over the new Max Steering Mod Design and how I fixed the issues of the previous design. I demonstrate how I made it work to achieve 180 degrees both directions while maintaining parallel distance between the wheels, then I show how it works with the servo on in real time. After that, I talk about the electronics and show how they are mostly done being soldered and almost ready for installation which will be the next video in this series, Thanks for watching!

Looks like that's best steering mod for the K969 I've seen yet. Maxed out both ways with the wheels staying even. Nice work!
I appreciate it man, I'm just happy to see it working so well after the all the different versions I tried. Now I know a few dozen ways on how not to make a steering mod in the process haha

Thank you my friend. I understand, I barely know how I got all this to work myself lol and I wish it was easy to just give people the parts but as I showed in the video I had to grind away material and make multiple adjustments so it will be difficult to recreate this setup which is why I'm glad I'm done since it's taken months to even get to this point. I hope you have better luck with yours than I did along the way.
Could i get the stl files i have been trying to design my own steering system for days
Sorry man I have no way to give you the files. I don't have a Thingiverse account or anything so there's no way for me to give you a link. Also, you can't just drop them in and go, you need to grind away lots of material in certain places after you install them since there is interference with other parts and you have to grind away a lot of metal from both wheel hubs so there's unfortunately a ton of extra work that goes into making it all function correctly, it took me weeks or even months to finish.
What CAD do you use
@@rasmuskuller TinkerCAD, it's free and pretty basic but I've gotten pretty good at merging shapes together lol

That's a good question, the problem is it was so difficult to even get this to work I don't really know how I could even give this mod out since it's not just a drop in and go upgrade. So many parts need to be adjusted during the build process to where if one mistake is made the whole thing is ruined. I thought the suspension mod was gonna snap since I grinded away most of the material and I 'm hoping the super glue will strengthen it enough to survive the abuse while driving. I have to wait and see if it will hold up when I start test driving because some stuff could fail so I don't want to give out stuff that will break when people try to use it. Maybe if I can guarantee that the parts will work with no issue I'll start selling it to whoever wants it but that won't be until after I know for sure, sorry my friend I wish I could do more but that's the situation I'm in at the moment.

@@II__II It's a Mini-z McLaren P1 GTR unpainted body I got off eBay, you can find them online at a lot of places. I added a Garage Hiro wide body kit to it which are hard to find now and then I painted black and blue/turquoise color shift.
