I'm kinda confused, I've found like three fragments and thought it was enough. I got my ass beaten by basically every boss and concluded it was bc my skill issue. If i collect way more does it helps a lot? How many of them?
For example with #7. Do the enemies carrying the pots guarantee that drop or is it random? I went there and it didn’t drop for me. But I also don’t recall if I had previously been there and grabbed that one already.

yeah collect everything in the video and it will help you alot with the first few bosses!
