No it’s guaranteed, if u kill the enemy after u have collected the fragment it’ll just give u the other stuff

This place needs to be drained out before you can get it. Theres levers you need to pull.

@@Rileykard the dlc scales with played level as well so it shouldn't be too difficult with the right weapons
