What is Uniquely Filipino Are The Ways By Which Filipinos Arrive At Decisions and Conclusions Which Are Based More On Their Values Systems Rather Than On Logical Principles. The People Arrive At Their Decisions and Judgments Using Their Values Systems.
Filipinos Take Care Of Their Parents When They Get Old. It is Our Responsibility To Take Care Of Them. Filipinos Practice Sharing and Cooperation, We Provide Financial Help, a Helping Hand To Our Parents and Siblings in Times Of Hardships. Trials and Testings Can Strengthen Our Family's Character.

I agree but being individualistic sometimes cause a change of family relationship until the family do not see each other for a long time. I love our culture because it is a culture of sharing and taking care of each other, by simply saying kamusta na kayo diyan does not mean it is about money when they are in abroad. We help and take care of our family which is a beautiful thing, it is just giving back not because you owe them but because you love them :) This is a good video to explain about our ancient culture by Filipe M. De Leon - The Genius of the Filipino People

Can you please explain what the value systems are in place when a Filipino (pinoy) has unprotected sex with a Filipina (pinay) resulting in a pregnancy and then he leaves her? I happen to know a lot of single Filipina women and their stories are all the same. I am sure that is really a great value system you've got there.....

Doing House chores is work in the Phils. You may be rich or privileged because you only "work" when you're 20, girl. 😮 That's not a typical Filipina who grew up in an average or poor Filipino home.
