I found a new build near the same area and got approved under the workforce program even though it’s luxury! All new builds near the belt line have workforce options if you look hard enough 🙏🏽🙌🏽✨ have faith
Dream location 😍 If I were in the rental market this would be ideal. Hands down my favorite area in Atlanta ❤️ I thoroughly enjoyed your tour of this incredible property!
I love what you’re doing with these videos. I wish you would slow down a little with the camera movements and pan out some for a better overall view. Just a thought. But overall since I’ve been helping my daughter search for her first ever apartment this has become my favorite channel.
I’ll be calling them tomorrow my son looking for a place, he moved there with a friend and it didn’t work out ! So he in a hotel trying to find something like this thank you I just shared it to him💜
Grady baby who grew up in the 4th ward area in the 60's but do not recognize it from these pictures. The area where these apparentments are was light industrial and part of the old 4th yard park was a large surface parking lot Sears had for employees with a walking tunnel under North Avenue. Ponce market was originally the southeast distribution center with retail on the lower two floors facing Ponce and warehouse and office space in the remaining sections. Sears even had a bank and doctors office in the building for the bmployees. You had to be cleared by the doctors office to return to work is you had previously called out sick.
Did you watch the whole vid? I mentioned the “affordable housing program”.. which is the “affordable” part. The part that details how you could get the exact same 2 bedroom in this video for $1300..
Y'all outa towners so slow. Our rent use to be around 800 900 before all da fake SSA gentrification. Dey done gentrified all our hoods and remade all our projects just for it to still be da dam hood😂 at least back den it was cheap to stay in da hood!!@@NaysasTours
@@NaysasTours bro no that's not affordable for ATL. Our jobs don't even pay that much for us to pay 1300$ rent, groceries, car insurance, etc... the minimum wage should be higher than what it is if that's supposed to be affordable. Im speaking for the poor of ATL. Not the ppl with money or parents wit money. Im talm bout da real ATL. Westside, Southside, south and east suburbs. Not Cobb, Gwinnett, and all dat bs. Im talm bout da trenches shawty. We struggling hard bruh. Gatta sell **** and work jobs at da same time just to live bruh. Where tf did u come from. I bet u an outta towner

I love it! And I like no trash valet
Can you do more affordable series like this ?
2200 for a one bedroom with no floor to ceiling windows and no front desk person calling your guest up is crazy !!!!!
It’s actually very common in Atlanta. What you described would run close to 3k a month
it’s right on the belt line would’ve expected more

Vibe of Echo Street is nice too in a pretty good location with studios starting at $1300 !
@ Gratitude he just flew back home this morning! He’s only 21 so he has to regroup lol! We about to look it up! Ty again for the quick response 🌺

@@NaysasToursit's not affordable
How is this affordable? No way. I wasted my time watching this.

2200 for a 1 bed is not affordable...
I’m guessing you didn’t watch the entire 7 minute video where at around the 5 min mark I mentioned how the 2 bedroom could be $1309…
@@NaysasToursstill not affordable wtf😂

Mhm, and is $1309 not affordable in today’s time?? Where/what exactly is considered affordable in Atlanta at this moment?
