These apartments are very nice I love them I live here in New Jersey and I love it. No regrets. My exciting moment moving here is realizing I don’t have to get out my car to pump my own gas. However the quietness and the updated apartments 😅 as I have a very old soul and I am big on peace and quiet time. All the best Kim stay focus and do you. Changes is always good we sometimes get too complacent but being on a new land seeing new people and new things always brings new blessings pray and leave the rest in Gods hands 🙌 🙏❤️

I’m from New Jersey , I’ve been here my whole life. Born and raised & I’m sick of it 😂 I can’t wait to move to Florida next year by myself and start my new life. New Jersey has gotten so boring, repetitive and expensive for me.. Idk why anyone would want to live here… it gets so cold in the winter, and sometimes so cold to the point where your fingers and whole body can get numb .. I’m a summer baby so I rather be in the warm weather mainly like Florida.. Florida is such a beautiful relaxing state, it’s sad you want to move away from there.
I’m from nj all my life and actually live minutes from where she is visiting. And I would never ever want to live in Florida! Every time I go, there isn’t anything good, humidity and tourist. No good food either lol
Florida is not a progressive state, I hope you find what you’re looking for though. I love living in NJ as someone who’s lived overseas too. Yes it’s expensive but it has a lot of things, it’s very diverse and the location is great for travel.

The apartments are really modern and expensive. Do you think getting a house further out in NJ may be cheaper owing that you do not have to travel to a 9-5 job? It's a good short-term investment, Kim.

Kim you should buy a house instead or a condominium 😊 by the time you multiply the monthly rent by one year that could be a opening and closing fee.

Taxes are higher there she would end up paying high property taxes and insurance which may come out to same as a renting an apartment
