Now I realize that own hand make foods tastes so delicious even there are lots of mistakes in intial stage of cooking. But thanks to you really ... u make me self independent In cooking. I learn that if you make food yourself its change mentality. I must say all has to make food by own cooking and serve the family twice a week.... Thanks bharatji I m leaving as a bachelor .my family in india was all dependent on my wife. Now I teaching her to make varieties in cooking. Thanks for changing my life... Dear Bharat I tried this recipe - I used capsicum but instead of fresh veggies and frying them I used frozen veggies didnt fry them . Also I used half avacado oil and half butter. I put the potatoes with onion at the beginning. Also I skipped adding butter in the second half. It came out amazing!! Thank you for this recipe.
tried this recipe. instead of 1.5 tsp of salt, only 1 tsp is sufficient as butter renders the rest of the saltiness. rest, it tastes yummy. thanks for the recipe.
