    I love Seisan! My only comment; is you need more power on the kei-yai moves, thats where I need work too, so my sensei says! Great job, never stop training!

    i thought you did great but you could work on putting more power and intensity into your kata and you should range in speeds throughout your kata
    P.S............STOP COMING UP IN YOUR STANCES
    your a black belt you should be super low through out the whole thing not just parts

      @@dinushaprabatharthanayake1893 Here is Hanshi Zenpo Shimabukuro performing Seisan, the tanren kata for Seibukan karate, of which Hanshi Shimabukuro is the head.

      (this video is pretty good too; I suspect she is going slowly for demonstration/teaching purposes; lot of armchair karateka out there who like to criticize.)
