September to November is when the flowers are out on the West Coast and the whales come to Hermanus. Super exciting.

The same thing happened to me when I was traveling a lot for work. It can be hard on your mental health because you need some familiarity, but travel requires constant adjustment. In each new city, you encounter a different elevation, water tastes different, each city have a different pollution levels, different weather patterns, new food, new culture, and people. I love traveling, but it was still tough. I ended up leaving that job, and now I only travel for vacations twice a year!😄
