- Trout fishing at Cedar Springs in Rural Retreat, Virginia in November. The weather was beautiful and we managed to land some very nice trout including a 7.5 lb. 26 inch rainbow trout.
Bait Used: Handmade jointed brown trout lure, PowerBait (peach) and Trout Maxx Worms ( red, orange and pink)

Do you have to have group to fish small stream
Small stream is a minimum of 420.00 per day. You can fish with as many or few as you like.
Where is the Small stream?
The small stream is before you get to the big stream. Turn right on Trout Farm Road and go to the very end.
Is it better?
It is better if you have a group and you want the stream to yourself. I actually still prefer to fish the big stream but the small is nice and private. The big stream has more areas to hit.
How much is it to fish small stream.
Small stream is a minimum of 420.00 per day. additional 70.00 for each person over 6 people. We typically book with a group of 6.
