I was on the fence on this once and didn't back it during the campaign. Then I went snowboarding in WA with my brother and sister, and we played Zombicide: Night of the Living Dead, and had a really fun time. After that, I pre-ordered from game steward for more $ than if I backed (sadly). But now I am SO glad that I did! Really looking forward to this one! Love the way the theme, the minis (the abominations rock!), and the cooperative gameplay all look. It's going to be fun to play this with the family! Thanks guys! Great job taking down those shamblers!
Great gameplay. I'm still waiting on my copy and I haven't play Zombicide since the original. So it was a refresher and some entertainment. Another gameplay please, lol

I may have misconstrued something (commenting days after watching the video) but if I recall a possibly mishap correctly, I wanted to offer that when taking on a "companion", you do not get to choose from any/all of their skills for your main survivor, you only gain their singular class skill.
I think you should have used at least your entire first turn to search in the bulding in the bottom right corner. Try to avoid entering a bulding with a corpse pile without holy water in your inventory.
At 20:33 when you pull the Abomination, doesn't the abominiation spawn point located within the cemetary also flip over and become active (and actually spanw thsi round) prior to the spawn on the last car of the train?
I played this mission solo with 4 survivors. Absolutely loved it. My basic strategy: blow up first section of the train so the MG has free range. Put a sniper on the balcony, and send a stealth 2 (wo)man team through the buildings to do the remaining objectives.
You screwed yourself at 43:25 with the long dead walkers on the train. They wouldn't have line of sight of the first room of train. You were actually correct moving them outside first! Good luck from one nerd to another!
I haven’t had a chance to play yet, but it seems to me that Sister Temperance should stay on her horse using Vade Retro to stun groups of zombies. Great play through, hope to see more!

According to the Undead or Alive rulebook, Taunt does not need line of sight. This was specified as of Zombicide: Invader. Previous versions didn't specify.
Would you recommond getting this one as a main zombicide excluding marvel i want to have 1 where i have everything for it and not sure which one to go with
I lost the first tutorial. Couldn’t keep up with the abominations. Need to get the 3 damage ability or dynamite fast. There’s less dynamite cards too, so you need to give them an activation at some point. The long dead walkers may help give you an extra turn to gear up. Vade retro seems very powerful for every turn. Feels like it’s an important ability to use. I also love the single noise token, but I’m so used to not bothering in the old system, I keep forgetting to use it. Btw, I trimmed Tiny Epic Mayday sleeves, and they are perfect for the character cards and still fit on the player boards. What’s even cooler, the cutoffs work very well for Aquatica!
yeah, my group played last weekend twice and could not do the first tutorial, just swamped with the abominations. We counted the deck and have 9 Abomb cards, in a 37 card deck. so you have a 25% chance of pulling an Abomb. Ouch
Am i correct in thinking the Abomination spawn zone (Graveyard) becomes active when the Abomination card is drawn? (Never Mind I should have waited to watch till the end!) Should the Abomination be priority when in the room with other zombies? (Does this mean no other zombies can be targeted?)
I do not have the time to watch the whole video, but I also think the Abo zone should become active. Also I believe the Abo should be priority when in the room with other zombies.

Same feeling here. Even Missions 0 et 1 are freaking awful. I am considering using houserules, but I hate it. Otherwise I might sell the game. Gives me the impression that the game was designed for solo play. Casual gaming seems totally impossible, especially if the other players don't know the rules by heart. I feel sooooo disappointed right now.
What can ACTUALLY be done about CMON?!? I had/have 2 ongoing pledges, etc. I changed my address with them months ago on both pledges. I sent them a message just to re re confirm that they had my current address. The first ($150 Undead or Alive) was sent to the wrong address. And the second has the correct address. WTF? SO the first ($150) they sent to the wrong address and told me to go there and work it out with the people who live there (over 4 hours away) I would gladly send them postage again to have the game I already gave them $150 for. Nope. Work it out with the people who live at the address we sent it. I don't know who they are or how to ask. No phone, email, nothing. I sent them a letter and never got a response. Since this is obviously a massive FU to me and I am out $150 and they will not send mine to me, I asked to be refunded for both campaigns. They told me to pound sand about the $150 one and if I want to cancel the other one ($350) they will charge me 17.5%! Keeping $62 of my money. So I am out over $200 and told "your parcel has been delivered to the address on the file, so in this case, we have fulfilled our obligations to you in full. We seek your understanding on this matter." understanding? WTF? What kind of customer service is this? I have spent $1000s with Cmon. Just Sad. I feel like contacting my credit card and calling the whole thing fraud. I paid and got nothing. Sounds like fraud.

Taunt does not need LOS, and I think you can search train tiles. They are building zones.

At 24:47 Logan attacks. He only has a pistol and the dynamite. Friendly fire should come into play (unless he’s a Marksman).
Those player trays are just begging for a light acrylic paint wash to bring out all the wood textures.

Vade Retro is one of the strongest abilities of the game. You can control whole hordes of zombies until the dynamite hits :)

It's TOO hard. I know... we complain about how easy the other games have become, but this was TOO HARD. I die EVERY time. Turning out to NOT be fun.
