Ja, to play this masterpiece at das 255 beats it was originally written on an electric guitar, und playing many different parts of this composition? This ist quite relevant example of a professionally trained "Master Guitarist". I've played Violin since age 7 und Cello at age 10. Fun to see someone "Plug-It-In". :-) Auf Wiedersehen aus Wiesbaden :-)
It’s beautiful that the metal music is just a classical music but in different sound, no other music genres are on that level of soul and art feeling of universe
That just defies belief! WOW! Tina is an anomaly wrapped in a conundrum wrapped in an enigma. I'm in AWE! of her talent and the amount of hard work it took to perfect that flawless performance. So I'll just give it another WOW!! Thanks for sharing that Masterpiece! 💕💕
Thanks so much for showing this. Absolutely awesome! I've played guitar and other strings since '69. Please don't let her skill discourage you from your music journey. Just play from your heart, as she and all good musicians do. She just has an advantage over us mortals in her way monster chops. But remember, no matter how good you are, there's always someone better somewhere. For me, focusing on the road rather than the destination is helpful.
I would like to start by pointing out that it is common amongst musicians that Beethoven is literally the most demanding composer of all times , his Sonata's and Symphonies were masterpieces all of them but they were also complicated , revolutionary and fast most of the time. With that been said what we just witnessed here means two things , she is at the highest musical caliber already at this young age and the second ...well she is a genius herself as well because our brain capacity to coordinate our hands is one of the most clear indications of high IQ . Brilliant performance even for an electric quitar the classic sound came through ! Ludvig would be proud of this prodigy !!!!
Come back Tina! Yes there are many versions on guitar, but it probably is her age that is the deciding factor in people being blown away by it. And, of course, a timely occasion to wheel this one out.
Tina's guitar teacher, Michele Viony (stage name Dr Viossy), created this arrangement. The drums and rhythm guitar were recorded first. Then he played the lead arrangement, on camera. Then she, separately, did the same thing. There's a YT vid out there showing them both, in split-screen and with separate audios in the right and left channels so you can compare. He's an adult man who's been doing this for a LONG time, while she was 17 when this was recorded. The lead guitar lines in both recordings are virtually identical and therefore sound like they're in the center on headphones, except for just a few notes. In other words, she was a perfect student. Look closely, you'll see she has a hairband underneath the strings, at the end of the fretboard right up against the machine head. That keeps the strings from making any sound when they're played open. Gives her a cleaner sound when she's doing those fast finger runs.
Someone replied that they wanted a link to the dual-performance vid, and then deleted the inquiry. But anyway, here. ruclips.net/video/hL_dlBA9bxo/видео.html
I love how visually you see little emotion on her face yet in all her music that all drains into the guitar pulling you in making you part of her emotion. Love all her music. Thanks for the reaction video! You should do a reaction video for " In A Gadda Da Vida" by " Iron Butterfly" (17 minute version from 1968) Psychedelic Music Classic. You will love it. :)
On 31 August 2023, after a hiatus of 7 years a new video was uploaded in the RUclips channel of Tina Šetkić, where she plays guitar in a band called Spin Twice.
I am so glad after all these years Tina is getting recognition. This Phenomenal artist we bullied into disappearing not long after this video and she deserves so much better.
Its even more jaw dropping for people who have tried to play rock guitar. The technique and the strength and the perfection is just all so good. I've seen this a hundred times and I can barely look away. There is no flaw to be found in any sense.
Tina was truly a prodigy. When she turned 18 she quit playing (at least publicly) and disappeared. There are various explanations, but one of the most recent is that she hit the pinnacle of guitar playing, burned out, and moved on to a new challenge -- law school. Maybe we'll learn the rest of the story some day.
@@0ParisFrance Thank you! This is the first believable information I've found since discovering her amazing guitar performances. Rumors abound, but as they say - a picture is worth a thousand words!
She was playing Mozart. The arpeggios are crazy reverse arpeggios. My God. That is classical Mozart. There would be no rock and roll without classical music.
She havent disappeared, there is just a thing called university that came in the way. There is movement on her channel but like when playing guitar she is serious about uni too so she isnt putting out any videoes. She will be back after Uni.
Holy Flying Fingers Batman! Where is this woman hiding? She just played the Third (and final) Movement of my absolute favorite piece of music of all time: "The Moonlight Sonata." I've only ever heard it played on piano -- I guess Beethoven didn't have an electric guitar. I LOVE your reactions, JAYY, and I would like to humbly request that you react to all three movements of Beethoven's "Moonlight Sonata." It's normally played on piano, but I don't care if it's played on kazoos. Tina S. probably chose only the Third Movement because it's the fastest and most challenging part of the Sonata. Interesting rumor: In the same way that Blues musicians were only taken seriously if they had lived a hard life and paid their dues, pianists who played this piece were only taken seriously if they had experienced the ups and downs of a full life. The joys and disappointments of their lives could be felt by the audience as piece progressed. Anyway, GREAT reaction, and THANKS for showing this to me!
and fun fact tina s is a french guitazristprodigy that was 17 at the time of the recording of the video and she has start to learn acoustic guitare when she was 8
M.S interview : How old were you when you started to play the guitar? How many hours a day do you spend on it? Tina S * "I started to play classic guitar when I was 7, but electric guitar is kind of different. Then, I started electric guitar at 13 years old."
I wonder where she is? Nothing for four years now. Hope she is alright. Some other comments say she is in school somewhere. Only if she is teaching. Was following her and it just stopped. Glad you reacted to this one. She is a prodigy
It's not that the trolls chased her away, I believe her planet didn't approve of the way she was being treated and took her back home in the Mothership. She's really something huh !!!
GREAT REACTION!! Your EYES (specifically) are absolutely amazingly inquisitive! The rest of you is also Very Good. There are only, a few people, I know that have those eyes. You remind me, of them. Sorry for that weird comment, but SO true. Great Work Jayy!!!
Tina S has basically disappeared from public performances for several years now. Word has it that she decided to concentrate on university studies to get a degree. Many people are calling for her to come back and perform again.
There is no "original". Recording technology didn't exist in Beethoven' s day. I think people telling you to do the original mean played on a Steinway.
Yes she DEFINITLY did that. That was awesome. Moonlight Sonata has 3 movements. One song 3 movements all of them are different. My favorite is the First Movement. I learned how to play the first movement last year. I play it almost everyday on the piano. Check out one of my favorite versions: ruclips.net/video/sbTVZMJ9Z2I/видео.html&ab_channel=Rousseau
Great reaction. Love your honesty. It still blows my mind and I have watched it numerous times. Tina S does not know how to phone it in, she brings it special delivery. Merry Christmas.
Jazz guitarist Stanley Jordan uses similar techniques, particularly playing on the neck, and he is excellent. Try his covers of "Stairway to Heaven" and "Eleanor Rigby."
sadly ..the internet trolls trolled her SO badly, she stopped making videos. i hope to god she didn't give up the guitar because of them. she has talent beyond talent
"trolls trolled her SO badly, she stopped" !!!! HAHAHAHA Tina says : I don't care about jealous and haters" ! She received congratulations on Twitter from Van Halen, Dragonforce, Steve Vai, Dream Theater, Jason Becker and ... Nick MASON from Pink Floyd who invited her !!
Tina S is completely in the Zone while playing this, she looks bored but is in an incredibly deep state of concentration. Their are actually even faster pieces of piano music out there than this and harder to play. The most interesting thing about Beethoven and the rest of the Great Classical Composers is that they were accused of writing the Devil's music for how fast and intense it was. Sounds surprisingly familiar. I suggest you watch some videos by a RUclipsr named "Rousseau" where the pace of the music that is being played on piano is displayed with lights for the notes.
she has been in youtube for a long time.. a lot of people like me saw her grew up. she's a top lvl shredder buuuuuuuut... there's a lot of people out there.. few weeks ago in a spanish music chanel a dude talked about a 15 year old guy in alaska or dunno where.. ruclips.net/video/RFPMG6y-uZY/видео.html he's sponsored by fender this is a 40 second video. usualy enterprises do like contest and they give a backing track and people shreds on it. after +15 years playing i can't believe how beautiful is this brief composition of this young man.. it's incredible the world we're going to.. shredders from the 80's are being "beaten" by teens in their rooms.. also preston black has a cover of surfing with the alien. his channel is only 3.000 subs but sincerely i think he can play it in a way no one could except the original composer and 80's shredder joe satriani
What do you know another prodigy hey don't let it discourage you you should always pick up that guitar and play around with it I'll tell you what there is one thing that's really cool about playing an instrument like that as it's so relaxing my dear it really is it doesn't matter if you can't play you know supersonic like this girl but it's just really a lot of pleasure take your time and enjoy it all right my dear I was a fun reaction check you on the next droppage
if you find his solo cover of "the best of times" from dream theather you'll see she even with that lvl can't play it as john petrucci does. he has a picture with him and sure they played together and sure john is astonished by her skills. but in this world the more i grew the more i think it's not all about how much notes can you play. it's the soul. just the soul and the choice of which notes do you want to play, where and why and the timing etc etc etc. pd: that solo is a masterpiece. brutaly beautiful
Insane? Naw, *Crazy Insane!* And nobody mentions she was playing the whole thing from memory. No sheet music there. Virtuoso doesn't come close to describing this performance.
when i see guitar solos like that allmost feel sorry for the guitar. after that it shouldve went on vacation lol. take it to a music store for new strings repolish it let the poor thing relax lol
I can't believe it was possible to play this complicated piece so fast on an electric guitar flawlessly. Amazing talent this young lady.
Zero to sixty in0,01 seconds.

Mais TINA a arrêté depuis trop longtemps hélas
.

I've always thought the great Composers would've been Rockers if they were born in modern era. Hell look at their hair. LOL!!

If you think this is insane, check out her cover of Dragonforce - Through the Fire and Flames. ruclips.net/video/XpASSx0ecTU/видео.html
And remember, that's a piece for two lead guitarists - while one is playing lead, the other covers rhythm. And yeah, just one Tina.
What she cannot hear is the sound of thousands of guitars being thrown out of windows.
Thanks so much for showing this. Absolutely awesome!

Yep! 100% agree.
Quae sunt Caesaris, Caesar I !
HAHAHAHAHA ! IDIOT ! TINA S IS FRENCH, AND HER GUITAR TEACHER IS FRENCH TOO, IT IS Renaud LOUIS-SERVAIS and he flmed her !
I couldn't play that fast even if I was hitting all the wrong notes. Nice reaction.
I can't even aspire to play the wrong notes that fast
Steve Vai and the late Eddie Van Halen would be smiling at this! Brilliant
Ludwig would have loved her!
Thousands and thousands of hours of practice!! She is a phenomenon...
No thousands because TINA is at school !
Beethoven and Mozart were the rock stars of their time, I prefer their music as written.
She is playing it as written.
Played as written or not she is amazing! To say that I think, is just wrong! BTW played as written and just awesome!🤘🎸👊🙏
she didnt change or miss a single note

AAAAwwwwwwwwwwwww I wish I could give you a hug!!! Bless you! Best reaction video of Dec 2020!!! hahaha
Masterful playing. The real genius of course is Beethoven who both wrote and played this astonishing piece,That's where the real genius lies
On 31 August 2023, after a hiatus of 7 years a new video was uploaded in the RUclips channel of Tina Šetkić, where she plays guitar in a band called Spin Twice.
