The Inside Zone play is great to run against an Odd Stack defense, whether you're calling it a 5-3 Defense, 3-5-3 Defense or 3-3-5 Defense. The principles are all the same. Zone blocking rules let you work 3 combos up front. We use a zone count system and covered/uncovered principles to figure out who to block in the inside zone.
