If you are working class in the UK, your chance of getting anywhere in life is limited. Regardless of the color of your skin. The biggest divide in the UK is still the class system.
Working class kids used to be able to go to grammar schools and with good exam results get a scholarship to university. But the Labour Party, the party of the working classes, got rid of them. Brilliant.

I can't have a quota in my place of work because I'm not getting somewhere. Stop the racism bull crap and get on with life. Slavery died out 250 + years ago. Britain was at the for front of eradicating that. White people were slaves and other groups of people long before black people. In any case, it doesn’t seem to have any bearing on the real world as ethnic minority people are generally equally represented where they are equally qualified in the jobs market.
@@blue24563 totally wrong, xenophobia racism doesn’t matter how you pack it the real world consequences are same, also mate that’s called systemic racism the mindset of the employer is irrelevant
Brilliant.
Privilege is not about your background or ethnicity, it's about your diligence in life.
He forgets he'd had the privilege of going to a private school .The local comp not meeting his privileged requirements it seems.
This bloke should be in his own country ! He doesn’t like where he’s at , get to a country that suits him , simple
He's British you knob.

I bet FO hates the palms of his hands.
😁

God warned him. "Get up early before the puddle dries up"
Femi Oluwole will wake up one day, look into a mirror, and say to himself...... Oh my God I am a racist.
Femi needs a dose of Thomas Sowell
Good stuff James! We need more like you!
I'm white but because don't have an English name and have an accent when I speak often I was discriminated in certain circumstances. Then where's my white privilege? Trying to find discrimination everywhere just to extract sympathy and special treatment is the game of the day.
that’s ppl discriminating against you based on your ethnicity and background, not race. Femi’s argument is that black people have been and often get discriminated against because of the colour of their skin where as white people like yourself aren’t not, the example you gave is ppl discriminating you because of your ethnicity, not race because they’re two completely different things
@@skef7958 "discriminated against because of the colour of their skin where as white people like yourself aren’t not"
My lived experience and the material world does not reflect that statement.
@@skef7958 please explain me how can you see people's colour based on their name as Femi was mentioning that cv's are rejected. On the other hand, you can diluted the issue as much as you want (background, ethnicity, etc) to fit the narrative that just blacks are facing discrimination. Even though you have lots of successful professionals, not talking about entertainment industry, that kind of goes against the discrimination narative purported everywhere.
Then why aren’t you in your country of origin?
@@jonatho6677 because I like to encounter people who put this kind of questions 😁
100% James whale, totoly agree with you mate, sick of this "black life's matter" crap
This guy never tires of pulling the race card. I have a few black friends who would disagree with him 100pct. What about HIS privilege? Never worked a day in his life and lives in an expensive house in London. Here femi, chew this one over.
Why does Femi still get air time, he’s so divisive and wants to make all minorities such victims that he can still push his agenda
This Femi dude, should have had his, see you next Tuesday, kicked in, the first time he appeared sniffing around Soubry, looking for fame.
He will still get it for sure, a complete Fanny!
Well done James, that bloke really winds me up so much, oh he’s so hard done by didn’t he go to private school et cetera et cetera.
Find me always makes me laugh playing the race card, and pretending he’s a victimised minority when he comes from wealthy parents went to a private school, I never applied or worked a day in his life.
Well there is the real underlying cause. Wealth guilt
Why do you give Femi airtime?
Ignore him and he is done!
He needs an audience to race grift.
It's all about CLASS, nothing to do with race.
Until we get back to this reality then things will only deteriorate further.
EXACTLY!
Yes, of which only 20% of the poorest people in the UK are white British. Black Africans, Bangladeshis and Pakistanis have the highest rates of poverty. Now, what does that tell you?
@@KowalskiManDown
When you consider that we've only had mass immigration for around 20 years then most of that 80 percent haven't even been here that long and a high proportion of them would have come here to make a better life with very little money to start with. There is plenty of opportunity for anyone to live a reasonably comfortable life in this country if you that's what you want.
Just because there is a disparity that doesn't automatically mean racism. Nothing in life is binary.
Class isn't purely about wealth.
@@KowalskiManDown That that statistic of 20per cent is an underestimation.

Femi has to be the most irritating guest on any radio or TV show, to say that he has a very large chip on his shoulder is an understatement !
What does that femi do does he work it seems he makes a living off black privilege.
The only privilege which is dividing people in society today is money .
It is always the wealthy who decides how people should live regardless of skin colour . That’s a privilege of life.
Get yer sen to Heathrow Femi.
How many fingers you got one the one hand? Eight? Thought so.
Well.done James.. Femi is a total racist and this is the problem. I am also fed up with all this white privilege BS. He just has a massive chip on his shoulder!!
Chip, He’s got a whole sack of potatoes on his shoulder!
Does femi’s anger come from not being white ?
The word "Snowflake" is not racist. Just saying.
Look at the percentage of white people to black in this country. About 85/86 are white so more white people are going to be in jobs than black. It's based on the same in countries with different ethnicities that they'll hold the higher amount of jobs. I'm white but working class. I don't have a silver spoon in my mouth and can't play a race card, so I'm at a disadvantage to a black person in the same position. I can't have a quota in my place of work because I'm not getting somewhere. Stop the racism bull crap and get on with life. Slavery died out 250 + years ago. Britain was at the for front of eradicating that. White people were slaves and other groups of people long before black people. History is not something we should use to batter people with a stick that doesn't involve them. I take responsibility for my actions, not someone elses. There is a difference between wages for managers and the lower levels that you should concentrate on. That's the inequality in life. Rich are pitting people against each other to stem hate towards them. Stop looking through what is perceived and what is actually happening. Rich- richer and poor -poorer. I'm in no doubt about that.
Not to mention we were held in slavery for longer periods of time in this country and others and yet we aren’t screaming for hand outs and reparations from these countries including several African nations.
Well said
femi the gift that keeps on giving what a dope!
Well done James BBC would have not done that
Talk about a sense of entitlement, well said James ..this guy is fool. Fancy even giving him a platform to insult rather than debate. He’s the sort of person that causes racism

Here's a scenario. You have two choices to fill a position in your company, and it is down to only two candidates. Both are equally qualified for the position. One is wearing a BLM badge, A Rainbow Badge, and after checking their social media history, you find they are a known social Justice Worrier (not Warrior), and tend to see injustice everywhere they choose to see it. The other has very little social media presence and decides to keep their political views to themselves.
Who do you hire?
