This submission was definitely a learning experience. I will do better on the next one. Thank you all so much for watching. Make sure to watch to the end 😉
Do yourself a favour, and pay a few extra dollars for the subgrades. This was the vision that BGS initiated in 1999. BGS cards with high subgrades will sell for more!
I already took that advice with 2 subsequent submissions. I’ve decided though, due to poor service, to no longer submit with Beckett. I’ll stick with PSA and SGC from now on.
Awesome!!!! Definitely for me the Joe burrow cards are the best❤❤❤. 😊😊😊. The cade, morant and kobe... Sweet!!!!. Thanks for sharing and making me droll 🤤 over the joey B. Cards😊. Stay safe.
It looks like my Trey Lance Red Ice cards did alright. I also really like that Joe Montana High Praise. My favorite cards were the JRod auto and the Kobe Bryant Rookie. Awesome reveal!
Excellent video! Awesome cards! What ever happened with the Jalen hurts leaf metal card and the Pat Mahomes auto that were damaged? did you ever contact Beckett about it?
All the joey b autos were fire I just got back my cards from bgs late December submission all grades were what I expected bunch of 9 .5s some 9s and couple of 8.5s
Nice reveal. Too bad about the Kobe and the Colts triple auto. Its a good thing you did so well on the Joe Burrow autos. My favorite was the Burrow purple ice. Also loved the Ja'Marr purple marble. Are any of these cards for sale?
Yeah, I had high hopes for those. I didn’t scan the triple auto, but optic edge gave the Kobe a 9. Huge let down. I will be having some of them up in my eBay store which I will be officially launching on my 1500 subscriber live on April 20th.
I know I’m way late on this but…. Isn’t that white part on the Hurts auto just the heel of his foot from the photo? I can see how you could mistake it for a smudge but it looks like it’s part of the photo.
Where did you get this information? This service level isn’t listed on their website. The only $10 service they show is a relabel for white and blue labels which they are phasing out.
I did wipe them down before scanning and submitting. My biggest problem on this submission was relying too heavily on the scanning app which is generally accurate but has a tendency to miss certain issues. I have learned to use my own eyes more and will be more discerning with my submissions in the future. Thanks so much for watching! I’m grateful.
Can’t believe no tens. One would think psa and bgs want to control the industry. I don’t think it was anything you did but how they grade. And possibly who they grade. Think about it. If they add a 10 to another specific card we’ll just think about that….
@@scottscollectingagain I’m sitting on some very good cards from 80s and 90s baseball. Being new to the industry I’m trying to get as much info as possible. Knowing I’m sending in damn near perfect cards I need to know who will give me higher grade. Bgs and psa will be my choices. What do you think for junk wax era? I’m sitting on a huge supply of cards. Some are unopened and only handled by me.
If you are looking for good grades I recommend PSA over BGS. The BGS graders have become ridiculously unreasonable in their grading and I won’t be grading with them again. Their customer service is atrocious and their turnaround times are almost double that of PSA. I personally will be grading with SGC from now on. The value isn’t as high but their customer service is incredible and their turnaround is less than 2 weeks.
@@terrycarver1255 PSA, Beckett and SGC are considered the big 3 in Sports Card grading. SGC has been grading since 1998 and have a great reputation. I recommend doing a submission with each company to see which experience you like better. PSA graded cards are worth more, but the grading also costs more and in order to get the best grading prices with PSA you have to be a club member which costs $100 per year to get $19/card grading fee with a 2 month turnaround. Whereas SGC has no annual membership to get a $15/card grading fee with a 10-14 day turnaround. Both are better than Beckett imo even though I like the look of Beckett slabs best.

Even though it only got a 7, my favorite card was the Colts RB autos. What an incredible card. Thanks for sharing.

The Joe Borrow cards really made up for the cards with disappointing grades.
@@scottscollectingagain joey B. Saves the day. 😁😊
Love the cade … it will match the cade card i got❤❤❤ 😊😊😊. You sure have tons of fire.
Take care.
27:29…. That’s Jalen Hurts foot not a defect, was certainly there before lol. Nice haul overall!
Yeah, I figured that out after recording. Thanks for watching!
That Garrett Wilson Tiger auto was awesome. I also really liked the Breece Hall pink crystal auto. Both gems for my Jets!
Man I always have such excitement when opening these and revealing it!!
This was my first ever submission so I was really nervous. I learned so much. The next one I’m sure I will be as giddy as a school boy.

I will be sending those out soon. Email me if you want to do any trading.
Amazing stuff bro 😎 unreal congrats 🎊 pure epic 💯 big like 👍

Mahomes has a surface dent and the Hurts is fine. It was just his foot.

Love them Geno’s and the DK 1/1s. But my favorite was the Kenneth Walker blue crystal. Such a sweet looking card. Is it for sale?
I won’t be selling that one. I’m gonna keep it for the PC. Thanks for the inquiry though.
What's up with the Pickens auto? Does he write WL???

Yeah it’s just his heel. I was grasping at straws to figure out why it got an 8.5
I thought BGS showed sub grades on the slabs???....
BGS now has a new service level for $10. No sub grades and the cards have to be 2013 and newer

10s from Beckett are very rare. 9.5 Gem is really what you hope for grading with them.
