As a known figure, if she had cried out, people would have come to her rescue and taken her and her children away from her demon-possessed husband. It's so sad.
You missed the part of she been rushed to the hospital after a kick on her chest which lead to her been unconscious and later dieing. Even if she had a background chronic medical condition from what the hospital report read, the acute cause of her death is caused by the husband who even knew her wife have a medical condition, instead of been her support and assisting her in managing her condition, he rather capitalized on it and finish her up. This case is always heartbreaking 😢

On the issue of Autopsy Result I have no confidence that the hospital in question is not compromised. I did my late husband’s Autopsy in same hospital were my personal Pathologist told me they found deadly components in his system and the final result star opposite after unnecessary delay. Though they didn’t see physical injuries, the findings is consistent and related to persistent blunt injuries such as heatings and beatings with hand and kickings as reported. Osinachi evidently died of untreated domestic violence. The Nigerian Government owes a duty of care to her children. Justice is needed!

When I remember Osinachi and how she died, I cry and keep thanking God for my life. I was in such shoes, before I left my marriage, the few people I told before leaving did not believe me because no fresh scars to show, but I had this periodic headaches that keep pounding in my head, I almost lost my mind. Only God knew what was going through my organs and body system. I lost appetite, I lost rest in short a lot. After several months I had left my marriage, people started pounding on the matter, so this could be true of what she's been complaining about. Even my own parent almost did not believe me. My ex denied everything saying that if my allegations were correct that where are the scars. I lost my first daughter and child in the process.

It takes 2 to have a case of abuse, if one DOES NOT ALLOW THEMSELVES TO BE ABUSED, there won't be any case of abuse, at least in the long run. And unfortunately, most people, especially Africans, because of their cultures and traditions that mostly favour men, are very ignorant of NARCISSISM and its consequences. You said it right, even if we do not use the term "narcissism" the bottom line is that it is DEMONIC POSSESSION. Nothing less. And the victim is under demonic influence, mostly because of ignorance of the Scriptures or a background of abuse in their own family of origin. People like to focus on the Narcissist, but do not like to admit that the victim (except very young ones obviously) is also responsible for allowing this to happen for such a long time. Most of them are Co-dependent. People need to educate themselves on these things and stop relying on churches and pastors to tell them everything, and since most of these pastors are narcissists themselves, they will NEVER educate their church members on Narcissism! This man is very clearly an animal. Hopefully there’s no statute of limitation stopping him from being found guilty of physical assault. There however doesn’t seem to be any proof still that he killed her. The autopsy doesn’t even sound like an autopsy. The fluid around an organ could be as a result of physical trauma but physical trauma from a beating will not cause tumors. This is all so sad and honestly the question I’ve had from the beginning is what exactly did her family do to help her. I’m not convinced that anybody really tried to help. She was in a very bad situation but yet stayed. People don’t stay when there are better options. Let’s examine the facts critically. If the church would have supported her to leave him and keep her in a safe place, she probably would have had the courage to leave. If she had thought that her fellow Christian’s would not throw her out or not refuse to book her if she was a single mother, she probably would have left. She had left him before according to reports and went back home. Things could not have been so great at home for her to go back to him. It’s so tragic but at this point I don’t think the state can support the charges against him with scientific evidence. Just so sad. Please support people in these types of situations. If he/she hits you once, they’ll do it again. The next time might be the fatal blow. If he/she belittles you and takes pleasure in treating you like an animal then leave. It is that simple.
When it comes to domestic abuse, it's only if and when the accuser really wants help, that's when they can leave. Most people in abusive relationship make excuses, hide their trauma, lie about their situations, make "demands" on those who know not to do anything about it or tell anyone about it. If you intervene "by force" hmmm they'll use you to settle. I'm talking from experience. It's just unfortunate that she ended up dead, so sorry for her children.
I believe that it was a result of the domestic violence over the years. Even I am going through a similar experience. I am hoping to do a CT scan for a pain that's on my bottom of my right side lower rib bones that extends to my back that some have suggested is my kidney. You missed the part of she been rushed to the hospital after a kick on her chest which lead to her been unconscious and later dieing. Even if she had a background chronic medical condition from what the hospital report read, the acute cause of her death is caused by the husband who even knew her wife have a medical condition, instead of been her support and assisting her in managing her condition, he rather capitalized on it and finish her up. This case is always heartbreaking 😢

On the issue of Autopsy Result I have no confidence that the hospital in question is not compromised. I did my late husband’s Autopsy in same hospital were my personal Pathologist told me they found deadly components in his system and the final result star opposite after unnecessary delay. Few weeks later the Leader of the team left the country with his entire family.

When I remember Osinachi and how she died, I cry and keep thanking God for my life. I was in such shoes, before I left my marriage, the few people I told before leaving did not believe me because no fresh scars to show, but I had this periodic headaches that keep pounding in my head, I almost lost my mind. Only God knew what was going through my organs and body system. I lost appetite, I lost rest in short a lot. After several months I had left my marriage, people started pounding on the matter, so this could be true of what she's been complaining about. Even my own parent almost did not believe me. My ex denied everything saying that if my allegations were correct that where are the scars. I lost my first daughter and child in the process.

Her submission unto death itself is not in conformity with the Bible. The Bible grants conditions on which a spouse can seek scriptural divorce. What God frowns against is divorce based on frivolous reasons such as she can't cook, she doesn't know how to dress, she is now old and fat etc. That is the meaning of " I hate divorce " that God who is the originator of marriage said in the Malachi ! Not when your physical and spiritual life is endangered and adultery have been committed. This goes for both the woman and the man! When Jesus said that "you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free", this is what he means.

It takes 2 to have a case of abuse, if one DOES NOT ALLOW THEMSELVES TO BE ABUSED, there won't be any case of abuse, at least in the long run. And unfortunately, most people, especially Africans, because of their cultures and traditions that mostly favour men, are very ignorant of NARCISSISM and its consequences. You said it right, even if we do not use the term "narcissism" the bottom line is that it is DEMONIC POSSESSION. Nothing less. And the victim is under demonic influence, mostly because of ignorance of the Scriptures or a background of abuse in their own family of origin. People like to focus on the Narcissist, but do not like to admit that the victim (except very young ones obviously) is also responsible for allowing this to happen for such a long time. Most of them are Co-dependent. People need to educate themselves on these things and stop relying on churches and pastors to tell them everything, and since most of these pastors are narcissists themselves, they will NEVER educate their church members on Narcissism! This man is very clearly an animal. Hopefully there’s no statute of limitation stopping him from being found guilty of physical assault. There however doesn’t seem to be any proof still that he killed her. The autopsy doesn’t even sound like an autopsy. The fluid around an organ could be as a result of physical trauma but physical trauma from a beating will not cause tumors. This is all so sad and honestly the question I’ve had from the beginning is what exactly did her family do to help her. I’m not convinced that anybody really tried to help. She was in a very bad situation but yet stayed. People don’t stay when there are better options. Let’s examine the facts critically. If the church would have supported her to leave him and keep her in a safe place, she probably would have had the courage to leave. If she had thought that her fellow Christian’s would not throw her out or not refuse to book her if she was a single mother, she probably would have left. She had left him before according to reports and went back home. Things could not have been so great at home for her to go back to him. It’s so tragic but at this point I don’t think the state can support the charges against him with scientific evidence. Just so sad. Please support people in these types of situations. If he/she hits you once, they’ll do it again. The next time might be the fatal blow. If he/she belittles you and takes pleasure in treating you like an animal then leave. It is that simple.

When it comes to domestic abuse, it's only if and when the accuser really wants help, that's when they can leave. Most people in abusive relationship make excuses, hide their trauma, lie about their situations, make "demands" on those who know not to do anything about it or tell anyone about it. If you intervene "by force" hmmm they'll use you to settle. I'm talking from experience. It's just unfortunate that she ended up dead, so sorry for her children.
