Here is a video of street-running on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Way in Seattle, following a three-car consist from Othello Station to Columbia City Station. The track speed is 35MPH on this stretch, but the speed limit on the roadway is limited to 30MPH. The only way that cars can keep up with the train is when the train approaches pedestrian crossings or road intersections, or if cars drove 5MPH over the speed limit.
