1985 senior year. For the last two months we had burnout comps after school. My c10 with a 350/quadrajet did pretty good. But the winner, hands down was the buddy with the 69 GTO.

Nice '69 GTO. Just fir the record that's an eight track tape player under the dash. Eight track tapes were extremely popular in the late sixties throughout the seventies. The ine in the red GTO is a factory installed unit.
Nice GTO but I don’t think I have seen too many automatic column shifter GTO’s
A lot of neat options; front seat with arm rest, clock, a/c, pwr brakes, pwr windows, rear window defogger…mechanically, everything works. Needs some cosmetic, might be lacquer paint with the cracks. Nice car overall.

Nick you look and sound real happy and perky today. That car is a gem, even the underdash lights all work. First car I bought in '76 was a 69 convert GTO. Ram Air, 4 speed, 4.33 posi. folding headlights. Rusted out body and clapped out suspension but the fastest stock car I have had until recently. Paid $225 for it. Mom and Dad made me sell it due to noise and tire smoke complaints. Good times, you could watch the gas gage drop.
I'd have to loose the auto and put a 4 speed in her. 😊 Nice GTO though.
Would love to see the build sheet on this one. Some nice options but didn't check the NICE options like Buckets, Floor shifter, Hide away headlights, and of course the Ram air with hood Tach. But then they would want 75,000. Great 50/50 car.
One well equipped Pontiac! Runs out strong, those Pontiacs were very strong grunt monsters. This won't last long at all

This Price Is A Bargain, Especially For A GTO.
That's a nice ride man. She's got the look and she's factory equipped. Not a race car but she performs accurately. A little suspension work and detailing and that's an everyday driver that is highly collectible and sought after. She's sharp as a tack and been taken care of obviously. That a healthy price, but a car in this condition is worth it. Very nice
I wish that they did not lower the car from it's original stance, because it can do damage to other suspension parts, if bumps are hit to hard. When I see the paint it may be the original because of the cracks. In those days they put extra harder's in paint in order to make it last and after a lot of sun lite it wood crake. For the front end you could hit it with a crow bare and not dent it. For this was the start of composites for the cars left to come. For this old Goat she is as original as original can be. In those days we called a GTO a goat and what you see here today is worth every Pennie of this car today. LOVE IT ALL THE WAY.
So clean it's easy to believe the mileage.

What a perfectly maintained car, I was supprised that a vehicle of that vintage had air con & electric windows, or is that standard ?, nice sound too, I was also confident the horn would work on something in that condition.

I don’t think that’s a real GTO. Probably converted. GTO’s didn’t come with bench seats. 69’s had the flip headlights too. Nice car though.
Seems OK mechanically, but there is always something it will need upgraded or replaced. There could be $10 - $15K in body and paint work on this car to do it right.

All the 68 and 69 leaked badly around the rear window into the trunk and into the rear interior of the car...I had these cars ..its a big problem
