- "Hot Town," a 1929 composition by Fess William. Amazingly performed by Tuba Skinny at the Miller Outdoor Theatre in Houston on October 15, 2021. This is the title track on the band's recently released album "Hot Town".
Extraordinary " artistic" video, tribute to the essence and virtuosity of Tuba Skinny " that the train does not stop" the legend continue thanks Mis Fozje, greeting from Argentina 😊
This is what Shay and the band deserve because they deserve this honor,
Holy cow. Beautiful vid! Had to immediately replay it. Terrific musicianship. Clarinet is crazy good.
El mejor video de tuba flaca, Shaye y sus colegas se lucen. Belleza total. Saludos desde Perú. 1.6.2024.
Best Hot Jazz ever! Danke, Tuba Skinny!
Amazing, the musicianship is just wonderful, great to see Erika as well. Love the band. ❤

Thanks for the appreciation, Pops Coffee. If I only have free time this is great fun for me.
@@misfozje3434 Well done. I think most of us would agree that - among the hundreds of Tuba Skinny videos on RUclips - this is the very best.
Well done Tuba Skinny! After so many years still going strong!
What a superlative performance of Fess William's composition. Tuba Skinny at their best, and a really imaginative and complimentary supporting video!!🎶💜👌
Amazing ! Use of original Fess Williams intro is so cool !
Muy buen video, iniciado por la extraordinaria Shaye, felicitaciones a éstos grandes músicos. Cómo siempre alegran el existir en medio del caos...

KNOCKOUT VIDEO!!
Thank you, thank you!
Tuba Skinny triggers a memory of my victrola where I played Tubby the Tuba over and over. Yes we had electricity and Uncle Harry even had an 18 inch TV.
Terrific!
Thank you Tuba Skinny for your great playing of American Classic Jazz, also known as Dixieland Jazz. You folks are wonderful performers, and I like that your instrumentation is true to the original jazz bands. Love hearing this. It's hard not to smile and move to this music.
Brilliant! Many thanks for posting

Great! Thanks.
Clever packaging and I love the tune! Well done!
Love me some TS! What a song. What an arrangement and video!
you've got a new subscriber, love the song Hot Town, one of our most viewed video's. What program to use for video editing if you wouldn't mind sharing. Very creative, hard work, fun..... Great job editing and effects
I am currently using Vegas19. A great alternative to Adobe Premiere. Unfortunately, my hardware gets out of breath.
Thanks. Seems you may have used multiple cameras or just clip different footages and keep to the sound track. Very creative. I like the shot looking up at Todd on tuba
Love all their videos and not to be too picky but sadly all the trains were foreign. No vids of the Wabash cannonball and especially The City of New Orleans?!
The L & N railroad also had a couple of legendary passenger trains. The Humming Bird which ran from Ohio to New Orleans and the Dixie Flyer which ran from Chicago to Florida.
просто молодцы! мастера трад. джаза
This ain’t cool…it’s HOT!
CRAZY 🔥
A1.
Super 👍 👍 👍
Outstanding even by Tuba Skinny standards but oddvto have British steam trains with an American band.
not familiar with locomotives, and these were the first ones that seemed to fit the film. I just hope that it does not significantly affect the reception.
A train is a train: early, on time, or late. a train

Pictorial writing is not my domain so the "Rosetta Stone" would certainly come in handy. However, I did a little poking around - and if I understood correctly; you liked the video. If this is indeed the case, then I am very pleased.😃
No sax but still good.sax can be dispensible.
Great music,
but the intro graphics were a bit juvenile
The graphics are a salute to Fess Williams and the original 1929 recording of Hot Town. The original recording starts out with train sounds and the conductor shouting out the names of the towns they'll be stopping at & then he says, "Hot Town will be the last stop". Anyway, take a listen to the original recording and then you might appreciate the special effects more.
You are right but even classical music is not serious. Music entertains us, even when it squeezes out tears. Music has the advantage that it has always existed, unlike moving pictures, which are worthless without sound. This video is just the result of amateur post-processing. Nothing much but I had a good time with it, and it also caught your attention, despite some infantilism in the intro of this video. Greetings and thank you for your attention.
