I had been there few months back and they didn't allow camera if one decided to see the Bigg Boss house, the Kannada series was underway. I took a peek through the glass window, all one could see was the garden area and inmates were outside at that time. But overall i enjoyed the filmcity. Its big and lots of fun. Thank you for bringing back memories.

There is a luggage counter available with a token. Its not locker though but a token. Ofcourse there is a locker near the aqua kingdom. Happy day to you.

Sorry for the late reply. Am not aware of any other sites for purchasing film city tickets. I bought the tickets straight from the venue.
