Liked the intro Tony!👍 The IWC was Eternal Calendar, 45 million years😳😳. Loved the new Cartier releases shame only Tortue in precious metal and limited only. Liked Santos dual time also, be nice to see that in blue dial😍. Must check JLC Tony some impressive releases. Especially Helotourbillon 🥰
Today’s intro is well done great for the Q&A. The original is more memorable and catchy in my opinion. I recently tried on a Cartier automatic with an open case back. Ronde Must De Cartier. I like Quality and to see the movement. However the watch felt a bit small. As I said before I am new to mechanical watches. Still educating myself before I make a purchase. I will be looking at some Longines soon. What are your thoughts on the Longine brand? Thanks ✌️
The Tonneau came between the Santos and Tortue, it was released in 1906. Agree with the prizes on these watches, anything Cartier Privee starts over $30,000 minimum. Love the Intro
I absolutely love the new Tortue but I agree with you that the price is steep. For half the price for the previous iteration that was also limited seems like a bargain.
Tony love the videos, I hope your back is doing better. One quick question if I buy my watches from two different AD does Rolex know my spent history. Other words as an example, I’ve bought five Rolexes from one A.D. and one Rolex from another A.D. would Rolex themselves know my spent history or is it just between the AD.Thanks
Love that you love it Tony, but wasn't the mono pusher just old tech? I thought the extra pusher and current two extra pushers that's the current norm that Breitling invented were an improvement? Guessing the Cartier has sapphire crystal though?
Tony, regarding the new intro, shows your multi talented. Honestly I never really cared for the old into, was hockey, imo. New into, love it it keep it ! ✌🏻
Intro is nice. I know NOTHING about how to program music, but was thinking heavy guitar as intro and Spanish guitar as outro. Just a thought but you know more than I do.
@@stewartlogan9894 I would say performed/recorded blah blah. Programming/programmed music is basically done digitally by pressing buttons and not played on a true instrument. 🤙🤙
Everyone complaining that this a limited edition and wished it was cheaper and mass produced.. i actually commend Cartier for their CPCP collection.. why shouldnt they have a small fraction of their watch line be as exclusive as Patek or Rolex? They are 2nd only to Rolex is watch sales and they sell like 99% of their watches to the "masses" readily available with no waitlist unlike Rolex.. so lets stop souring graping and just admire the watches, even from afar...
The Tortue is not my favorite, so it's a good thing they don't have to hold their breath for me to buy. What I am excited over is the new Santos... the brown Medium with the date complication and the Large Chrono. Hint, hint - I cannot wait to see a good review on that new Large Chrono.
@@talkingtimepieceswithtony You know, I only saw a brief clip and thought it was a chrono, but now that I've been able to go back and find more videos and pictures... yes, I see that I was completely wrong. It's not a chrono, it's a dual time. And it's gorgeous.
Cartier is the absolutely worst luxury watch company for vetting. Rolex doesn't hold a candle to Cartier when it comes to selecting their customers to sell to.
I have a pretty good relationship with a few Cartier AD’s but no boutique relationship. I’d be curious to see if I could get the Tortue, but I’m not going to even try.
Thumbs up for the guitar intro, and a huge thumbs down on that Cartier Tortue! I thought you were going to say around $15k….i wasn’t prepared for over $30k!!
Dude. The intro kicks soooo much asss!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🤯🤯🤯
Thanks man! Thanks for reminding me! 😊🤙🤙
Awesome intro Tony! But I must admit I like singing along to the other one :-) Great video, I can’t wait to hear your opinion on the other watches.
Thanks man. The other intro is staying. This one is just for the Q&A on Fridays.
Great intro 🔥🔥🔥🎸. Great content. Watched a few live streams on the watches and wonder. Not that busy. Seemed more people last year.
Yeah, the hype has kinda died down and the market is getting back to normal. So less people. Still busy though.

Intro was sick dude!
Thank you. 😊😊🤙🤙
That stuff on the acoustic is sick
Thank you. 🤙🤙
Yea solid intro !!!
🤙🤙
I dig the rockin’ new intro! (I agree, don’t permanently replace the O.G. intro though!)
Thank you!
A+ to the new intro ! 👍🏻👍🏻 🔥 🔥

New Music intro is very cool!
Thank you man! 🤙🤙
Love the new intro Tony 🤘🏼
Thank you! 🤙🤙
New intro is cool, I like it!
Thanks man! 🤙🤙
Brilliant guitar...longer guitar clips would be great...
Thanks. I have to keep it kinda short, otherwise people lose interest and don’t watch the videos. 🤷
I love it but not a fan of the limited numbers of each
Exactly.

Yeah, monopusher is old. I was just explaining what it is and how it works.

cartier prive is more exclusive than patek
It seems that way.
How about Rock Intro and Spanish Outro?
🤙🤙

It’s not programmed.

this is limited edition for nothing. The best is the CPCP that came out between 1998-2008 , those are still sleepers

Hey Toney do you have any relation to Tim Burton? Uncle Tim? Cousin Tim?
Nope. 🤔😂😂🤙🤙
