    I love the way his mind works in conjunction with all types of fighting. I can't wait to see his debut fight in Sweden.

      @@masonj910 Fair question. Honestly I cringe at most of it, being Irish myself it can be hard to stomach at times. In saying that, when he fights I can't help but support him. Mixed answer I know but it's a tough one.

    I love this guy, he's defiantly got the right mindset and attitude towards mma, he exudes confidence and has showed some real skills in his career so far.You can tell he reads Bruce lee's work, i hope he goes all the way he's got character and talent in abundance that's for sure.

    Study Tai Chi Conor the ultimate in Body movement and food for the Mind and soul also, apart from being lethal in the hands of an expert , knowing this would allow you continue as a warrior at your skill for years into the future.

      Good call and if he studied the Wim Hof method of breathing which in turn would also be good. Tai Chi is great!!

    @thorsten376- it's not the upper body it's the hip movement that generates that snap. Do hip mobility drills and develop fluidity in your hips and the snap will come
