When You Don’t Have a Crew

- This is the second video in a two part series taking down a pair of dead oaks one of my climbers walked away from. My point isn’t to discredit his decision. If the integrity of a tree is ever “in your head” you do well to walk away, as fear and apprehension is sure to cause you to make poor, and even extremely dangerous decisions. I demonstrate various drop cut techniques as well as solo rigging from the tree. working in the very cold stinks! with everything stiff and not being able to warm up high in the
wind! great job, and you are such a great teacher of showing the correct way of taking down
a 2 year dead tree, it was great that there was no cracks in the trunk.
Thank you
I miss cold .far superior then this heat.
Brilliant video and a game changer for me. This is the best lesson on solo rigging I've ever seen. I can't wait to try the14:50 setup later today or tomorrow! Stay locked in out there!
The will be handy as most of my work is solo. I love you brother stay safe, as we all know working solo has it’s rush and risk.
In its own way, it is safer. Just don’t let it go wrong 😃
Enjoyed the video. Can't wait for the new wide angle videos. Oh, and the wedges....nice......I need a couple....please sand and shellac them before sending.....I'll hang'em up on the wall of my den (better for hanging than wedging). I do a lot of solo work and rig using span rigging and slings. I use a steel rescue eight to control lowering. I do enjoy your chatter.....brings a smile to my face. I check out your videos first (not the shorts so much).
There are short watchers, and there are long watchers I have found😃 Yes, the white angle is so much better. Thank you for articulating that you were the trigger.😂
@@GameofTrees was that the wide angle? Still a little close. I think problem is the camera on your forehead. JMHO
Those 4 foot stumps would be great places for bird/squirrel feeders.
👍🏻 I think that’s their plan
Great work as usual.
Great information thx
Thanks Rick
Thank you for making this video. I rig in a very similar way and I wish there was a video like this when I was trying to figure it out. 👍
Awesome! Thanks
You bet

Look up Dr. Eric Westman. He routinely reverses fatty liver disease without medication. Works out of Duke University. Has a lot of info on RUclips and Adapt your life academy
Also, my sister in law is reversing stage 4 liver disease with a ketogenic diet. Stop eating carbs and go to beef butter bacon and eggs and water for 90 days. You will be amazed.
Also ownyourlabs.com you can order your labs yourself and avoid extra visits to the doctor. Comprehensive metabolic panel, lipid panel and also insulin. Your doctor will not test your fasting insulin, if it’s over 10 that’s a major contributor to fatty liver.
@@GameofTrees I received them but getting ultra sounds..so far they said medication will treat it.but don't know damage ..and more issues ..thanks for helping boss
