13:21 since getting married, my fasting has improved. We have weekly fast,where we fast one day 6-6 either dry or liquid. Then once a year it’s Daniel fast and throughout the year, we might decide to fast for 3 days or a week, depending on what the Holy Spirit says. Fasting is a must for every Christian, we can’t do without it, it’s part of dying to self.It’s been life changing honestly 🤞

I remember I fasted for something to change in my life, after spending time in prayer and fasting God gave me peace about that thing, He ddnt answer my prayer but He changed me through prayer and fasting...
What a testimony so fasting is not always about getting that thing but for God’s will to come through in our lives
Fast everyday & make it a rule not to eat before 6 O clock it's very important to shed every weight in order to pray & connect within with your light. I also struggle my Goal is to go without eating for the entire day... I want to eat least 2 to 3 times a week

2:45 yho I’ll go the whole day and even forget about food…. 12:00 mmm and he will work hard to have us doubting especially if your faith and your relationship with God is not strong. You find yourself questioning and convincing yourself that you are not doing anything wrong… to answer you, I am not because also I’m finding myself questioning so much but I am a working progress
May the Lord continue to order your steps and clarify everything for you ❤. Same here about forgetting about food until I intentionally fast

In the past I would fast for weight fela now that im saved, im fasting to get closer to the Lord. But I wont lie i like the double benefits hle hahahaha

Esther's boldness ❤️ I honestly believe somethings can only be done through fasting...Mathew 17:21 says but this kind of demon does not go out except by prayer and fasting. Turning my plate down is not easy sisi and I don't think it's supposed to easy.
