Thank goodness you brought this up! Truly, investing has changed my perspective on how one can succeed in life; working multiple jobs isn't the optimal way to attain financial freedom and unfortunately, we discover this later in life. Currently earn as much as 10 grand weekly and this has improved my financial life. Great piece!.
she's a known advisor. I actually did look her up curiously and went through her credentials on her webbsite... Top-notch! I wrote her an email, hopefully she's accepting new intakes.
Best life changing advice is to pick a good financial mentor and let them guide you towards wealth. This really saves you from loss and time wasting. I am glad I know Olivia Sullivan.
Really missed this type of style from you.Interviews are great but I enjoy learning from your experiences.Thnx for the information you definitely talking to me about separating myself from the business.
Love your videos I actually saw you at the Takealot warehouse once and recognized you and ever since have been watching all your videos because it is difficult to get someone that gives solid advice that are actually in SA
Guuuuuuurl i misssed you🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 glad to see you looking great and healing well❤ Pray you gey MORE business my love, the kind that gives you a lot more peace of mind & the ability to do your podcasts again❤❤❤
Welcome back! I missed this Nicolette. I am like you, i dont understand medical aids, they just dont make sense to me. I tried doing my own research but i am still at the wits end. Can you please make a video on that? Because i heard you say you have one now. I am at a point where i don't know how to approach this and i know i need some kind of insurance. Thank you for learning with us and for sharing what you learn, thank you.
U really got me into the saving habit years ago. As i open my youtube, there are many of personal finance videos, you still my fav. Thanks 😊 and Welcome Back.
Thank you for this honest conversation sisi. Such a real conversation about being an entrepreneur that has systems or are you self-employed. I recently launched my business in June, but I freelance but even then I’m self-employed because no work no pay for my freelance job and my new business. Currently looking to build systems in place that can help me make money even if I’m not physically there. Exchanging my time for money is overwhelming and I’m burning out 🥵😢🤧
It's great to see someone be such an inspiration for women to take control of their financial destiny and also offer such great literacy content. I would also like to volunteer to take you on a date please 😁 I won't let you break anything I promise 😅
Thanx-a-lot for sharing your money lessons. I guess challenges willl occur no matter how cautious one is, and they even come stronger than your plans and emergency measures. Ultiimately, they are to make you wiser, smarter and much more experienced.
Thanks for this insightful info. I've been following you for the longest time. I've attended a lot of your classes even the one which was held at your house. I'm glad you are recovering well. Love and light to you sesi ni ku rhandza sterek❤
Great video! Yes, cash flow is the lifeblood of the business, without it the business dies. A measure that may help is telling clients to pay a % upfront . Emergency fund: A life saver, but we have to be honest with what constitutes an emergency, not having an outfit for a wedding is not an emergency 😂. If you're a business owner you do not pay yourself based on your lifestyle, you must make sure the business can afford it.
You are spot on with requesting a certain upfront payment. Lol, I keep a little black book to remind myself what constitutes an emergency cause it can get very blurry
Vusi thembekwayo once mentioned key man insurance yaz like insurance against the major key person or owner being sick or unable to work 😅you just reminded me of that
Going through the thing with my medical aid. The funds depleted early now we're paying out of pocket for everything not requiring hospitalisation. It just feels like a scam considering how much we pay.
You know they asked me to do a video and I’m hesitant. They are a platform and not an investment and it’s important to know the difference. Perhaps I’ll do a video on the different platforms. Will that help?
@FinancialBunny Yes! That would help. I'm using Franc already so I would like to have a wider range of investment vehicles to invest in as a safety net. Or perhaps banks are a better option in this case? Please touch on that also. PS: Best investment vehicles for beginners.
The fees on business account vary. Some accounts both personal and business are based on transactional behaviour so it all depends. I’m not understanding what you mean when you say “do you pay sars more? As a business you pay sars based on revenue and profit. It’s 27% of taxable amount
Am I the only one who likes and shares before watching? ............ 🤩
Nope 😅 I guess it’s about appreciating the video nje for being published!

She's definitely going to help you. All you have to do is look up her full name and reach out to her

Vusi thembekwayo once mentioned key man insurance yaz like insurance against the major key person or owner being sick or unable to work 😅you just reminded me of that
Yes definitely. It’s such an important thing: wonder how the insurance world would view it. Seems like an insurable risk to me

Going through the thing with my medical aid. The funds depleted early now we're paying out of pocket for everything not requiring hospitalisation. It just feels like a scam considering how much we pay.

Hi,Nicolette. I'm going to go off topic here, is Brokstock a great investment vehicle for beginners like Franc ?
You know they asked me to do a video and I’m hesitant. They are a platform and not an investment and it’s important to know the difference. Perhaps I’ll do a video on the different platforms. Will that help?

Does a business account charge more than a personal account & do u pay Sars more because of it?
