I love how in this video the fan is removed last. That has been everyone’s question and gripe and argument for years lol. Fan doesn’t need to be removed to change only radiator, I’ve been saying it and have done it multiple times. Love your work keep at it.
Lmao nice observation man! Ive changed a few rad's with the fan and shroud in, it isnt hard at all
M3NACE learned by being out of town radiator cracked and had to parking lot tear down. With only the tools in the trunk lid Hahahaha so no choice but to not take the fan out.
M3NACE is the man! Shares all his info from automotive school with all us shade tree mechanics. Thanks 🙏🏻
I just hit the 32mm wrench with a hammer. Never needed the specialty tool.
i block waterpump using belt, easy and no special tools needed
what oil cooling kit Is that? love the way it's routed thru the bumper. looks sick.
its a mishimoto oil cooling kit with a cap sold by clean injection. that setup gets quite a bit of attention hah
thank you sir!
best of luck with the project!
Hey man thanks for the vid! I have a question, if you were just swapping the radiator (stock for stock) could you do it without removing the fan and shroud?
It's possible, disconnect the lower hose and upper hose from the radiator, remove the fan shroud and push it toward the engine 0ver the fan and you might be able to slip it out that way.
@@M3NACE Thanks bro I appreciate it! Subbed!
@@M3NACE Just wanted to say that I finally did it and you totally can. Undo the hoses, the fan stays put and you push the shroud back toward the engine. The radiator then slips out. Be careful because your shroud will most likely be brittle and break. It's a good time to replace it if it looks old.
@@alexr.9623 aye well done my good sir!
