- Attorneys for former president Donald Trump are in Fulton County court to argue that Georgia's election interference case against him should be dismissed on First Amendment grounds.
Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee will also hear pretrial motions from former Georgia Republican Party chair David Shafer.

it would help to understand that this delay tatic hearing is about Freedom of Speech. That fails to hold up in Courts when inciting violence. Consistently and DAILY in Courts of Law. Those laws that the majority of citizens abide by. ONLY one XPresident , Citizen feels that our laws don't apply to him. ONE, and ONLY ONE in over 230 years! As he claims his innocence. Why delay if innocent?
