Honestly it's pretty easy to do. If you're really lazy you can even just drop an egg in the pan and it'll open really easy. I still prefer using two hands so I can crack tons of eggs fast.
@@NorthKoreanSimpwait how'd this conversation go from cracking an egg to pretending he's Jewish? You have so much hate in your heart. I hope you find joy 😮
I'm good. I actually care about texture in my food. I don't prefer the throw up consistency/texture method. You can add, creme fraiche, cheese, and chives all the same without it being throw up texture and still have all the flavor. Mine actually hold shape and are super light and fluffy. Much prefer that to throw up texture, but to each their own. I don't mind some of his other dishes, but throw up texture eggs is not my go to.

Kenji Lopez has a video about a recipe that's very similar, it uses a corn starch slurry (or any other starch) and little chunks of butter. It's substantially easier, takes less time to cook and you can make it as runny or firm as you want. The Ramsay eggs are great but not worth the effort imo
@@mi5anthrope I think he massively overcomplicates it. You don't need to take it on/off the heat. Just start with medium heat and turn it down to low when it starts to curdle a little bit, stir for a minute, then you're done. No need for creme fraiche or the extra time off the heat.

Best scrambled eggs I ever had. Ever since I learned this, it's the only way I make it, and it's great every time. The things I do different than this guy is, I put the butter in first, and the heat on low. When it's melted, I pour the butter in the bowl with the eggs and mix them in, then put them in the pot, or pan. The other thing I don't do is add creme fresh. Just don't heat the butter too hot, it'll cook the eggs before you get them into the pan.
This is a French scrambled egg, super delicious but the butter does a lot of the carrying. Its also kinda easy to make but guarantee you'll mess up a few times as it takes mere seconds for it to overcook

People need to start adjusting the cooking times for electric stoves. 30 secs on and off an electric is not the same as 30 secs on and off the 🔥 - eggs looked a bit underdone but it was definitely on its way to Ramsays for sure. Would have cooked it for another minute before the creme
I do unsalted butter, and I usually pre-scramble the eggs in a jug and add a pinch of salt per egg +1 (I usually use 3 eggs when I make scrambled eggs)
@@scottasher123 I disagree, I can't remember where I got it from, but someone said to salt and mix the eggs ahead of time (I usually do about 30 minutes) and I've found it has a better taste and doesn't negatively effect the eggs in any way.
I used to be super against this style of scrambled eggs because I though they were still raw but I’ve learned that the way I’ve been doing them is actually super over cooked and rubbery. When you master this style of scrambled egg it’s wonderful.

You can make it even runnier by not using heat at all.
