I've tried countless things. The only things that really worked for me: A good diet, decent sleeping timings, moving your body atleast for 30 minutes, eating right, using quality shampoo and oil. I use only liitllleextra coconoin shampoo with natural hair oil for this reason plus it does the job. The hairfall was controlled with it.

Especially when it relates to typical male pattern baldness which is genetically programmed and involves the male hormone DHT. It might benefit condition of hair or general strengthening of hair but there is no scientific proof that Fenugreek can treat or cure actual genetic hair loss.

I also, switched pillows cases to a satin material so that my sleep is easier on my hair.

For dandruff control can we add only lemon juice and honey to fenugreek seeds paste if olive oil is not available. Can only fenugreek paste and lemon is enough? And is boiling compulsory before after soaking overnight.
It's very hard to remove Fenugreek from our hair and the remaining Fenugreek on scalp becomes like dandruff.. I lost so much hair instead while combing.. I wished I never used this
its because we don’t blend it properly...first blend the soaked seeds with half of the soaked water then again pour some seed soaked water and blend this way blend it for 8 times and it will look like mayonnaise
Blend the soaked fenugreek nicely into a finest paste and mix with coconut oil or you can blend with coconut oil too! Apply the fenugreek paste to your hair and never dry it more than 45 minutes. The longer you will dry the paste in your hair, the more you will harm to your hair. Make sure you are wearing a shower cap after you apply the paste in your hair. So it will not over dry in your hair. First, rinse the paste from your hair with lukewarm water, and then apply shampoo. Use mild shampoo! You can use Johnson baby shampoo too! Use conditioner too! Let the hair dry, but before it is fully dry (like before it is 100% dry) comb your hair with wide comb which is with big strand. So it will help you to brush off the residue of the fenugreek paste. Have some patience to get beautiful hair. Good Luck!
Fenugreek is quite strong and anyone with asthma and flu n cough n sinusitis... you will get worst if u don use it carefully. I hv been whizzing n coughing for months since i started using all these chill stuffs on my head.

I can't stop running my fingers through my hair since it feels so good after using reactivate serum.

Good for vatta and kapha but not for pitta. And good to take in winter especially if you have a vatta body. It helps alot.
