We have just been to Vietnam and found we had to be careful what we said about the North and south as they are very patriotic to there own views . We started in Han and went down to Saigon ,loved our holiday so much will go back again . Loved Ho An .

True! Vietnam has been through hell of wars for 1000 years against China, 100 years against French and 20 years against the Americans and in the end Vietnam won all wars and managed to defend their land and declared their independence. The Vietnamese are very very PATRIOTIC and they love their country very much. It's best to avoid saying anything that can offend them or their country. I've visited Vietnam 3 times and loved the Vietnamese people, very welcoming warmhearted people.

We went to Vietnam in 2019, the traffic is crazy, but the people are great! The hotels are immaculate.

I think the more Wat travels the more confidence he will gain. I think he enjoyed the trip and is growing as a person. He does not like being outside his comfort zone though but hopefully he will enjoy travel and different cultures the more he does it

It's hard to travel and eat different cuisine if you're not use to it but the experiences and memories are priceless. I'm glad more of your family goes with you Lilly. I feel Luke is a lot like you. He's a traveler and is not afraid to try a lot of different food before he decides if he likes it or not. Leon is so cute. I'm sure as he gets bigger he will be more advantageous too. I also think Wat needs to go at his own pace but he is doing great. Awesome video of your travels.

I love travelling to Vietnam. My next trip will be Sapa and Ha Giang and Halong Bay overnight cruise. Luke is a traveller. I think Leon likes big cities like Singapore. He was chatty and laughing a lot in Singapore.
Luke has matured so much and I think it’s because of his traveling and all you’ve exposed him to.

When I visited Hanoi it was so beautiful! We were out in the nature side and met a sweet elderly woman at a gas stop who gave us Vietnamese snacks.

If you get to visit Saigon (Ho Chi Minh city), The War Remnants Museum is a must-see, you'll be surprised about truth of Vietnam War. Give yourself at least 3-4 hours to explore the entire museum. It's a mind-blowing museum.

If you're not familiar with Vietnamese food, it's best to do a food tour. A lot of great food tours come out of Hanoi.

I love to travel but sparingly, so I understand both Wat and Leon, its a bit over stimulating but as long as I can have a place of peace to recharge and decompress for a bit, I'm good!
