The ghost stories you've been sharing are way better than the "paranormal" shows I've seen on cable TV. A good ghost story has background information (i.e., history), good filming of nice places and a respect and compassion for the spirits, which your videos have.
I just discovered your channel today & I'm so enthralled w/the stories & how you present them. I'm currently binge watching your content & I was excited to hear that you aren't too far from me. I live in Trumbull County Ohio only 3 miles from the Mahoning County line so it's only a 20min drive approximately for me to get to Columbiana County, so one day soon I'm going to make a point to visit this Inn & Tavern. I love your presentation of the stories to every place you visit. Thank you for taking the time to do the research & present it the way do. It's truly interesting & very well put together.
What an interesting history about The Spread Eagle Tavern! My Great Aunt and Uncle lived in the house directly across the street from this building. Back in about 1970',we met the lady who owned this house before it became The Spread Eagle Tavern. In 1995, Great Aunt Mildred too me to lunch and toured the rooms in the Spread Eagle Tavern. Thank you for posting this on RUclips, It brought back lots of memories visiting Uncle Sam & Aunt Mildred!!!
Well heck, my sister is named Grace! PS I also super appreciate how sensitive you are to these people's lifes stories, and how you tell us the history behind these people
You may not think so but I think it was cool that you heard the piano playing! It's such a neat place. Can't travel much and never went outside of Wisc except when x was in the service. Love the way you present your stories! 😉❤

Pretty darn good video. You held my interest and spiked my curiosity. I never believed in ghosts, or spirits, apparitions or hauntings until I was a witness to one in my place of work years ago. Of all things it occurred in an old mansion, well over a century old, converted into an office building. I won’t bore you with my story but it was unnerving to say the least. Believe you - me, I am not the type to enhance or embellish or dramatize a story, in fact my wife will tell you I’m just plain down to nonsensical earth. That’s why when I watch your videos It makes me sit up and notice. You and I may or may not have a lot in common but when we tell a story most know it’s a sincere one.
As I said before in one of your videos, I've had experiences with apparitions. I love the knocking, the "feeling that something is there". Very interesting video. Perfect choice of music. Its wonderful with headphones on!
I have woken up in the middle of the night one time with the strong smell of perfume, once with the smell of cigarette smoke and the last time with the smell of something on fire which made me actually look room for room finding nothing. Love your paranormal videos.
@@CuriousHistoryYT Found no reason for smell but when my wife and I got married 33 years ago our smoke alarm went off at 3 am and we jumped up to check, Found nothing but at 4:00 am I received a phone call saying my grandma had died around 3 AM. Thanks and can't wait for your next great video.

Social gathering places often have residual activity. Although I haven’t experienced any yet, I’m intrigued. I love history and yes, I’m curious!

Glad to see you have some connections with your cousins there. I think it would be cool if you did an and overnight video on this bar to pick up any sightings or sounds. Enjoy the week.
