Daily wire is doing gods work. I never thought I would "boycott" anything. But today is a different time. For example, NEVER will I step foot on Disneys property. We support you Jeremy!
There is another part to this that no one is mentioning: the product itself.
I used Harry's for years. They reached me through their advertisements on Hannity. This was before Gillette went woke, but Gillette was getting insanely expensive (remember the Mach 3?). Their blades had reached a price where retailers started keeping them under lock, so as you had to find a floor employee to come get them off of the shelf for you.
Harry's paid Hannity to tell us they'd do better, so we all bought in. Then we laughed as Gillette told us all that we were supposed to become women. "Haha," we thought. We already left you, so we don't care what you think."
After that, Harry's decided to tell us all that they hated us too. Couldn't go back to Gillette and while Jeremy's started up in response, they first wanted to get the people who would overpay. I get it. I studied Marketing in college. You may as well snatch all of those people up before moving to market pricing, when you are not in a hurry to build. It is also a good idea because it keeps demand growing slowly, so you can keep up while you are getting rolling. Ole Jeremy had something like a $60.00 buy in from the gate, so I chose to wait for them to go ahead and finish shaking down the dummies and come back later, when their prices normalized.
Thus my foray with the Dollar Shave Club. This was a delicate little product obviously constructed to teach little girls to shave their Barbie dolls. If you put ANY pressure on these, at all, the blades would pop off. And the blades were made of cheap plastic, so once it popped off the latching slot would be deformed...causing you to need to pull out a new blade. DSC was absolute garbage. BUT...Gillette wanted to put us in panties, Harry's wanted us to erase 10th grade Biology from our brains (and I suppose past wars with Eurasia) and Jeremy wanted 60 bones before you could get your first shave. So, I dealt with DSC for a while, waiting for Jeremy to soak dry the last of the succers and get real with his prices.
That happened. Caught a sale the other week and got my Jeremy's start up kit for $17.00. That was so agreeable that I picked one up for my wife as well. I have been using my Jeremy's now for a week and I have to say...
...It is a durable, rugged, QUALITY product. I get a really close shave and better...I can apply pressure to my face like a man without the damned blade popping off. Refills are reasonably priced. at 20 bones every couple of months and...yeah, I am happy with my shaving system again.
No one is talking about this, but it really is a GREAT product!
I switched to double edged razors about 8 years ago, I also use a barber style straight razor that uses the double edge blades broke in half. I will never go back to paying too much for a razor blade. Hopefully Jermey will start making blades that I can use.
I also use a shave mug and brush to lather up, so how about some shave soap as well?
@@harpintnYes, if you get an actual straight edge razor you only need to pay for a whetstone and strop in order to maintain it for the rest of your life (and longer).
(Don't confuse it with a shavette which looks similar but uses disposable double edged blades).
@@Leanzazzy I know the difference and I have both. I can't get the regular straight razor as sharp as silver blue blades.

I loved the "Jeremy's Razor" commercial when I first watched it, but when I learned the backstory that it wasn't a comedy skit on SNL I love the commercial with greater passion when I learned it was a real commercial - the content was spot on - I am actually interested in learning more about the CEO Jeremy Boreing and Jeremy's Razors.
I'm almost 70, and this IS the best commercial,,,,,,, EVER!
This is the best way to combat the woke - in the marketplace. It reminds me of companies that were clinging to their business model while the world around them was changing and then surprise! Their business is failing. I have such respect for Jeremy and what he is doing with his company.
I’m glad Jeremy is competing with Gillette and Harry’s razors, since the ridiculous high prices of razors and their wokeism is why there needs to be a rival razor blade company!
Jeremy’s definitely doesn’t fix the price issues. But yes, I’m glad there is an option now and hope they expand out to more products after this.

@m_train1 Exploit does not mean forced. In this case it simply means they were used as a sexual image to sell razors to mostly men. The commercial is exploiting their breasts to appeal to men. I just don't think it's needed or called for. I'm no feminist, but I respect women more than that and wouldn't portray them in such a manner.

I was a huge fan of dollar shave club because when they started out they had a similar philosophy. Now DSC sold out.

Harry's, while blades made in Germany, their handles are made in China. Gillette, while some of their products are made in the US, many of their products, including handles, are made in Poland, Mexico, Brazil...and China!
